Order DUNS, expedited service. It was supposed to take 2 business days.
It’s been over a week and no news.
Difficult to get in touch with the customer service.

Please can you respond to my series of emails since last year. My EIN didn't come through. Your dashboard does not allow me to unsubscribe myself, yet you are charging me for annual fees that I cannot edit. I am addressing my registration directly with Delaware Corporation office.

Excellent service that was really helpful and informative.

Unfortunately, I opened a LLC company by using e delaware. They told me that they will provide me ITIN number, this never happened. I sent them an email regarding my ITIN, they said they are sorry, afterwards they send me email saying that I own them franchise tax, they are sending emails like they are government agents to intimidate you, now I say I want to close my company, they said they are going to charge that too, they put false advertising and false information, I want my money back. I paid $1000 for opening just for EIN number which I never used my company. No records of this found with IRS. Total fraud by this company! Do not use!

I found the overall experience great. They did the job professionally and smoothly, without any ambiguity or hitches.

Bad service, on the 21st of February I requested the service of ein and Itin put all the necessary information to be able to proceed with both processes at the same time. The ein came out and I received it but on the website's dashboard it appears still in process, contacts and they tell me that they were waiting for the ein to be able to proceed with the itin request when I had already provided information on another llc that I have so that they could proceed on the same day start the process. So far nothing, strange as it seems their email is with probelams because whenever I send an email it is returned to me by "550 5.1.1 The email account that you tried to reach does not exist. their chat system doesn't work or alias works sometimes. After requesting a refund, it stopped working. Huge lack of professionalism UPDATE 22/05/2023 They all ready make the return of the money and finaly they have the email working

After 6 months waiting for my ITIN, I read the previous review here, and got a hunch, call IRS (3 times) and no agent found my application. DO NOT trust this company, they dont provide any proof of they deliver docs on IRS, just collect money and wait to keep it.
TOTAL SCAM!!!

I have lost more than 20 weeks expecting to get ITIN from this company, but they failed. I had a lot of trouble getting my money back from them, but finally, I got them. I would suggest looking to get this service elsewhere.

I had a great experience with customer support from E-Delaware; Lena was amazing. They have been very responsive and helped me troubleshoot my issues quickly. They were also very friendly. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of customer support I received from E-Delaware.

We are still waiting to complete the process, but so far, so good. I will provide an update once the process is complete.

Hi everyone I have good experience with this company they have applied my itin number and almost 4 to 5 months after I have received my documents. because its number is issued by IRS and they take time but this e Delaware company has applied as soon as they have received my document so no blam to them they have done a great job. You can trust them to thank you.
