I had a few technical issues with the Eco-Learning Centre, but the support offered out weighs the problems. I bought a voucher and it allowed me to enter the web but not to register.Now as it's used once its expired.I escalated and send the voucher and 10 days later no resolution.Can I please have support or refund.

This is the best site for anyone who is interested in doing any online course .I have had a very good experience with them.and the courses are well explained for easy understanding.I recommend this for anyone in the future .thank you

Loved doing my business course with e- courses, I purchased it while pregnant never got to finish it while on maternity I emailed the customer service team to see if I could still do my course and I was unable to log in, great communication and sorted within a day, course was also so useful and once you passed the assessments after each course they email the certificate to you straight away, I am currently trying to see if they do another course I want to do as I could not fault them in any way.

I found this course online and contacted them for more info. The response I received from a lovely chap called from Ben was super quick and very informative. He upgraded a package I was interested in and it was delivered immediately after payment was sent. After browsing through a few of the 150 modules I was sent, I was very happy as there was lots of content that will be incredibly useful to me. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone looking to advance their knowledge around the Adobe creative suite.

Fabulous customer service from Charlie and Emmeli. After I purchased an Adobe course I had problems with set up the student card and the actual corse. In less then 15 min I've got all the problems solved and now I'm ready to start my course. Thank you guys for your amazing support.

I really was looking forward to the course in sql dba. And the guys I spoke to were really helpful and accommodating..... However shortly after paying and starting the course, I realised that only 1/3 of the course content was available. E course managed to get an online lab set up for me which should have lasted the length of thy course, but after 4 weeks ran out. I'm now back to missing 1/3 of the course content and there has been no reply from anyone for over a week... even with the covid situation, 9 days is too long.
I have asked for a full refund and yet again no response.
I've no doubt other courses provided by e courses, that don't require online labs etc, would be a great way of learning. But for this particular and similar courses, I'm afraid it is not fit for purpose.

Just passed my prince2 foundation course with ease. Extremely pleased with the quality of course and very much appreciative to the the guys and not forgetting the girls especially emmeli who has been super helpful! It’s a shame there isn’t a 10 star option !

E-Courses for you have had some excellent customer service and content.
It has recently used a new Learning Management system which is an incredibly easy interface, the course content has been good and thorough and has paced tests throughout.
I've not been without teething issues due to course-sub providers falling through, however Ben and Kelly have been reachable and followed through with what they will say; even in the pandemic they put customer first.

I would say it would be beneficial if it gave more information on the certificates provided (accreditiation/level) but thats more on me than e-courses.

Could not recommend them enough.

I’m shocked to see the 0 star reviews but these look like people who are having problems with third party promotions.

So please read my review if you’re a student like me (final year) and looking for affordable high quality courses to aid in your studies/ future employment.

I’m a cyber security student and needed to upgrade my programming skills so I bought the python bundle. No issues, great teacher, good pace, short videos so you have full concentration.

As for customer service, with corona everything is hectic but they did not disappoint. Didn’t have to wait more than 3 days for a response which is reasonable and they were able to offer my voucher codes to a cyber security prep certification. I haven’t bought it yet, however, they sent me the code, meaning i can redeem it at anytime (within the expiry if there is one) and use that to buy the discounted course.

In conclusion, the 3.8/5 is wrong imo. Guys, if you’re looking for high quality teaching and video walkthroughs are your thing then this is the best paid platform I’ve come across. Especially for IT/Cyber/Programming. Better than Udemy👍🏾

I have had a brilliant experience so far with e-courses4you.
Whilst scrolling through Facebook, I saw an advert for an Adobe Masterclass Bundle. I followed the link and saw that the course allows the purchase of a Totum card which means the cost of Adobe is more affordable.
I called the company for more information and a happy and helpful chap named Ben answer all my questions.
I purchased the course and instantly received confirmation and access information. I also received my voucher which allowed me to purchase my Totum card.
Very impressed with the content and the service received. Excellent value for money too.

My hubby bought me a £9 code for ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) course on Wowcher. I really enjoyed doing. Good course.

Very accommodating and had great advice on future exams!

Another scam

Just enrolled and started the Microsoft Office 2019 course. Initially i was hoping to enrol onto the ECDL level 2 essentials because i had already completed the ECDL many years ago and of course they upgrade themselves. I phoned e-courses4you directly and spoke to Ben who seemed very knowledgeable about the courses and advised me to enrol on the Microsoft 2019 which is the newest course and more advanced compared to the ECDL.

Ben provided great service and i have enrolled onto the Microsoft Office 2019. I was told that the course would be interactive. There are (optional) exams to take once completing all modules with additional costs per module. Just means you are certified in Microsoft Office having passed the exam.

I bought this course to keep me occupied and improve my knowledge during lockdown. It was purchased via Wowcher and for the £9 it was worth it, I wouldn’t have paid any more for it though as the website does need improving. However, it was quite informative and there are many modules to complete before a multi choice exam after. I had to contact customer services to get the certificate but have to say, they were very quick to send it and were friendly and polite. I enjoyed it it and have learned a fair few things too. Thank you.

Bought a £9 code for ECDL (European Computer Driving Licence) course on Wowcher. The cheapness should've been my first clue. Paid my money, got my voucher, went to e-courses4you and redeemed my voucher. All seemed well until I tried to access the course content. Module information was there but no way to start the learning process. I contacted e-courses4you via email to be told that all I had to do was click thru the modules and tick the "module completed" box and I'd have my qualification! I wrote back saying that I actually wanted to learn the content first!!! [I wasn't rude]. Never got another reply so I contacted Wowcher but again, no response. Thankfully I've only lost £9.00.

[E-Courses4you: don't bother replying that I have to email you. I've emailed you twice already & had no response to my 2nd email. Get your act together.]

If there was a possibility to rate 0 I would
Don't go to this course provider if purchasing a code from a 3rd party organisation ie Wowcher or Reed.co.uk
As they will make out that the codes expired on there site and weirdly ask you for your card details, so maybe just avoid them full stop ...when emailing to explain and using there contact form also weirdly no response. And the course that I ordered the code from has also disappeared from third party sites.
Be wary guys, don't fall for the 'excellent' review status as highly dubious this is the case unless you genuinely have paid over £4,000 for a course, props to you if you have of course.
