Very disappointing experience with the…

Very disappointing experience with the e-con Systems we bought C-CAM_CUXVR_DESER_6 board. The product quality and documentation are poor, and technical support has been extremely inadequate and unresponsive when help was needed.

For a specialized Jetson camera product, good technical support is essential. Instead, I spent significant time troubleshooting issues with little useful assistance from e-con.

I would not recommend buying from this indian company. Based on my experience, the overall quality, documentation, and level of customer support do not justify the purchase.
