The product does not work as stated. There is not enough pressure to take mold off of cement like the video shows. I have no use for this and would like to send back.

The tracking information was useless,told me my order was missing.it arrived the nexday( 27 /04/2026)found I did not need the extra adapters that I paid for.To call this a pressure wash is completely incorrect,I have more pressure from my normal garden hose.i am bitterly disappointed with the washer and being a pensioner I hoped this was a cost effective way to clean my patio.
The advert is completely misleading,the washer is not fit for purpose and I would like a full refund

This is an untrustworthy website sending the cancelled items, and then they don’t accept returns, although they say the item can be returned for 14 days. I have all the emails sent by them that prove how they are deceiving the customer by not taking responsibility for wrongdoing

Email says this was delivered at 12:18pm this afternoon. We have looked everywhere. There was no delivery! Another (foreign) company that takes your money, says it’s delivered and surprise surprise you can’t reach them for refund, etc.

I was given useless tracking information, it did not work.I'm not happy having to download my invoice.
Delivery was perfect. But the product lacks any information on the hose connector...30 minuets of fighting with it I still can not figure it out, Not at happy But I will try You Tube to see if anything is posted, otherwise I will return this product.

This product is utterly useless! No pressure at all. Better results with a watering can. I have requested a full refund and I would discourage anyone from paying hard earned money for this totally inferior product. Very disappointed and the zero performance is nothing like the results shown in their advertising.

Product is not of good quality. Miss leading based on the sales and promotion video. Disappointing and will arrange for return.

The Aquoxis does not fit my hose. I even ordered the extra adapters which don't work either. There are basically no instructions on how to attach to hose or to operate the washer. Big waste of money

I wish i had looked at the reviews before ordering. I bought the hair straightener brush. Was then charged extra for a one year warranty and a heat proof carry case which i had not ticked to include.
The carry case did not arrive. The unit seems poor and hasn’t really worked properly.
Will try to get at least a partial refund gor items not delivered, but probably costs more than the refund to return it.
Delivery was actually ok- under a week.

The product is not what I expected, very nearly no fragrance smell and seems to be watered down. I gave a 2 star as the delivery was quick and efficient.

Zero not possible in the rating, so it's a one. The item is not as shown. It's not compatible with my standard hose. It's cheap plastic painted silver. And I was charged $13 in extra fees (warranty and shipping protection) that were not divulged up front. Now trying to get a response from them.

So, I bought two great little Bluetooth speakers! I was unlucky , in that one had an internal breakage very soon after I had started using it! The company’s customer service has been superb, responding quickly, efficiently and pleasantly

Wouldn’t rate the delivery, fourteen days doesn’t warrant any praise.
Like numerous reviews already posted I too feel the performance of the spray gun does not match the performance in the advert . The same could be said that any much cheaper spray would give the same result.
I feel totally let down and sadly out of pocket financially.

After receiving a AQUOXIS  HIGH PREASSURE TECHNOLOGY  !  water jet hose I was horrified to find that I had paid £62 pounds for an attachment that wasn't even as strong as my garden hose. Also no way to return to get money back, I'm hoping this is not a scam as the product is absolutely nothing like the advertisement it turns out to be then I will go through the right procedure to get ad stopped etc...

The product Aquonix that they sold me does not perform as advertised. If you want a high-priced spray nozzle for your hose that's what this is. It is not a pressure washer and the advertising is blatantly deceptive.

The experience was fine with the exception of tracking. I found this difficult and so full of advertisements as to be almost useless. Buying the instrument was no problem and it arrived a bit later than expected

I was surprised and disappointed that the sprayer did not fit my standard US garden hose, but I was delighted that the company refunded all but $4 of my $80 purchase price and said I could keep the device! Now I’m trying to find an adapter and hoping for the best. I am very pleased with their customer service.
