Terrible experience- ordered as a guest for some coffee from jde. Money taken on 2-2-24 and order number was mailed. Left for 10 days but zero information or item delivered- tried to chase my order number but e bay auto bot said not recognised- impossible to find phone number or e mail contact so rang supplier who said no order from ebay!!! They said they would contact e bay but zero response from anyone- e bay sent me e mail again to say item was getting posted but after another 9 days - zero( same order number given as first mail. Cant contact e bay/ their automated system still don't recognise order number or give me a person yo talk to and supplier still say no order

E Bay ...Good-> Bad-> Worse... And the way they "think" to make money is the way bankers are acting...

Purchased an item on e bay. the item arrived rusty and did not fit. E bay would do nothing to help. They claim they have buyer protection, which is non-existent. Try Amazon before considering making a purchase

E. Bay is one of the largest malls where associate market is increasing rapidly. It is one excellent in the world.

Received email from ebay 3 days ago my Payment had been sent to my bank has been sent to my. Now three days later it is still not there the bank says there is no transfer of funds online and there is no customer service phone number to talk to a human being at ebay

I'm a senior citizen with macular degeneration in both eyes. I take presser vision AREDS 2 for my condition.
Recently I went on E-Bay to see if I could find the eye vitamin on E-Bay at a discount price, almost all sellers were pricing this item at the same price as stores such as Costco, but many were charging as much as 50% more than Costco. E-Bay was once an option for consumers that are on a fixed income to find items at a price that would lessen that impact on those of us in that income bracket. I will continue to use E-Bay in the future but I do feel there is some improvement to be made!!

Great shoping on e.bay l get some lovely tops sandles boots all new for only a few pounds OK l have to bid .but it can be fun doing so .every l ware comes off e.bay plus make up perfum and cat food very happy l alleays recive my parcels by royle mail or other delivery if something has not arrived lve been refuned o happy day e.bay

Have bought numerous items via Ebay & have been satisfied until 6 weeks ago when I placed an order I've never received. Contacted Ebay who told me to contact seller.. have done so numerous times & also Ebay who have told me the case is closed as item wàs delivered & I will not be refunded. When I mentioned this to friends they said It was not the 1st they'd heard this & for that reason would not recommend or buy via ebay.

E bay is ok for the most part but i bought a e bike battery from unit pack power for 340$ when i got it it didnt work they offered me 50$ to get it fixed i returned it they said they didnt get it on time they kept my battery and my money e bay sided with the company i have no battery no refund im not happy about this at all e bay was usless in this incidentim out 340$
