Dyson India online has shown…

Dyson India online has shown unprofessionalism and have most pathetic and poor service . I bought Dyson air purifier which had some noise . I had asked for refund but it’s been days and still no pickup or communication from Dyson . Don’t buy Dyson they will make you cry if any problem occurs .

So finally after 3 months

So finally after 3 months, numerous reviews on Trustpilot, many many phone calls to 'customer services' which I have never experienced so many lies from so many different people in one dept and this included 2 'managers' even via email (copies available upon request Dyson). Various posts on the Dyson community site. Many many Whatsapp messages on their customer services which has since been withdrawn as it was not fit for purpose or should I say whoever was in charge of it was not fit to run it. I received payment of £799.99. I very much doubt I would have got this refund if I had just kept contacting Dyson as they have it down to a fine art on how to give the customer the run around and generally it would seem try and break the customer so they just give up. I actually received a call from a Dyson representative on Friday afternoon a real live person who actually as it turned out was telling the truth ( maybe only started with Dyson and has not been through their masters degree in lying course) confirming payment had been made (not the 1st time this has been promised) I explained to this lady that what Dyson are doing is disgusting and she has promised to look into my case and come back with her findings so I look forward to hearing back on the autopsy report on the Dyson customer services, will I get one.... time will tell, am I hopeful not really. I do hope anyone having the same issues keeps at them and uses this platform and the Dyson community site. Being vocal about their failings is the only way I got this resolved as not once did Dyson reach out when I was looking for help initially and only when I decided to document my dealings with them and getting more frequent in my postings did they start to take an interest bearing in mind it took them 3 months. Shame really as it is a pretty decent product but why pay a premium to be treated this way when you need assistance. Lesson learnt for me. Now for the generic reply from Dyson to this post.

DON´T BUY Directly from them - simply cannot deliver.

I ordered a product from them the 28th of march with a promised delivery time of 3-4 days.(I checked with them online before ordering and they confirmed) I have followed up with their customer service team who is very responsive 5 times now, every time they promise delivery "today". Nothing happens.
So now after 10 days the product still has not arrived. Their delivery partner is not up for the job, I haven't received a trace link or anything and they insist they need to call me before delivery, even as I have confirmed somebody is home all the time.
I am confident that the product is great but buy it via Amazon and not direct - they are clearly not a logistics company.

Update: April 9th yesterday I received several calls from them and their courrier apologizing and confirming that it would arrive the same day before 9 pm. At 10.30 pm I receive a text that the van broke. How many things can go wrong, how hard can it be to deliver? I receive deliveries from everyone else every day but Dyson cannot figure out how to get the product to my doorstep.

I have officially lost all faith in this delivery and company.
