the worst customer service experience…

the worst customer service experience ever. the products are good, the the ES customer service is the worst I ever experienced, they owe me 25 euros (I spent more than 800 on their products), and they do not reply and now more than 3 months are gone....

No delivery

Ordered a vacuum cleaner and a dryer on Sunday, I am incredibly close to Valencia so expected it to be delivered soon especially since they told me "it has already left the warehouse" on Monday. It is Friday afternoon and still not even a tracking code. Only now saw all the bad reviews about products not getting delivered and this does not fill me with confidence. I don't understand why Dyson still uses such a terrible delivery service?

In 2020 I needed a new battery from dyson they were out of stock and apparently they still are 3 years later. Don’t buy a Dyson ever.

They charged me but never delivered the…

They charged me but never delivered the product and it’s absolutely impossible to reach them by any means (and I’ve tried everything). Worst customer service EVER. Don’t buy anything from Dyson in Spain you won’t receive anything and you’ll feel helpless.

I loved our Dyson until it broke

I loved our Dyson until there was a fault almost 3 years after purchasing it. It has just stopped working and google seems to be able to tell me what the issue is faster than the Dyson website? And since google told me it is a motor or battery issue I know I need to chat to the service team but the assistance system online is so painful. First it puts you to a chat which is a bot and does nothing when you have a real issue. They have a WhatsApp which they take forever to respond to and if they do respond and you happen to miss it they make you start all over again. I have been trying all day today and only had 1 response, then no response. They also say WhatsApp is available in working hours 7 days a week and until 8pm but on the weekend it does not work and I got no response after the afternoon. So far I have been waiting 3 days to even talk to someone. Maybe phone is better, but I expect the typical long wait, and I live in Andorra so would need to pay overseas calling rates which I would rather not do. I just expected much better and more efficient service to be honest for a so called ¨premium brand¨.

UPDATE: I finally got a response from the Dyson team and the part that is causing the problem is not in stock for 2 weeks and I need to contact them again in 2 weeks. So no vacuum for 2 or more weeks. And I have to contact them. Like I work for them or something.

Delivery

Good morning. I issued and paid for Dyson on November 23rd and still have not received it. That's horrible. I'm shocked.

Dyson need a new delivery partner

Similar to the review below I also have been waiting for 2 weeks for my Dyson to be delivered to my inner city address in Barcelona. Same delivery company Transaher who are unresponsive. I've asked Dyson for a refund (easier just to go to the store and buy) but no, that's not possible until you reject the delivery from Transaher - catch 22 then.
I've spent considerable time chasing via the Dyson WhatsApp channel, bizarrely they seem unable to take this up with Transaher and resolve the situation.
For a premium brand to be using a company like Transaher reflects very badly on them.
Until they sort this out order online at your peril.
