Our company lost the IT guy and he was the one managing our account on Dynu. We did not really notice anything until one fine day our domain name stopped working and it had actually expired. The Dynu support first of all renewed the domain name immediately at their own cost so that our services would function normally. After that they patiently worked with us to transfer the account to us after verification process to ensure security. They seem to be very experienced and know how to handle things very professionally.

Ok I gave dynu a bad review with a misunderstanding so im fixing my review.
The domain was cheap, 10 bucks if i pay another 10 bucks a year I get access to all the dns features. So 20-30 a year for the domain isnt bad at all, I like there service, I want to be clear on that now. I just didnt like I didnt realize you had to pay 10 bucks more a year for the full setup premium membership. It shocked me after i bought. Everything works, there services work no issues. You have access to free domains I think its 4 or 5 hundred you can have if you want. I gave them 4 stars because It was not clear enough while buying domain that was the case, but their service is good and useable. Its worth the money.

We had an issue with a site imitating ours. The Customer Support team dealt with it quickly and effectively.

Registration didn’t work at first, but tech support helped me complete it. The service is very stable - the best among free dynamic DNS providers.

Excellent customer support, with sound advice and technical know how, guided me on how to configure public DNS records in order to make the SMTP Relay service work, also discovered that local ISP is throttling ports. Good to know that such customer support is there when you need one!

Dynu is the trustworthiest DNS provider with whom I have done business. They provide a suite of DNS products at very reasonable prices, including dynamic IPv4 service and email. The customer service is always up-to-date, and the technology is functional and updated regularly. Thank you Dynu!

Have been using them for some of their website components. We rarely have issues, but when we do their customer support responds same day with real solutions. Appreciate the level of support always.

I have been using Dynu for DDNS services for a while now, and I have been very happy. The few times I have needed to contact support, they have shown to be responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!

there response time can be long some times but the do work to keep you happy. at least for me they went above and beyond what i would expect, and good prices

I just moved my domain to Dynu from GoDaddy and experienced issues with setting up proper DNS records. I wrote to support and got an amazingly quick response. Turns out I had a typing error in one of the records. Dynu checked the DNS record and verified that my error had been self corrected. All is fine now and their responses were in less than 24 hours. Hats off to their support team.

i really like this service,they are very generous allowing free accounts not to expire and give unlimited dns queries,they have alot of free subdomains for people to choose from and a few extra ones for paid members,the membership fee yearly is only 10.00 which is well worth the service!

Dynu makes it impossible to transfer a domain to a new registrar. Does anyone know how to transfer OUT of Dynu to a different registrar?

Despite multiple attempts through the webform and direct email, I received no response from support.

This lack of assistance, coupled with negative reviews I've encountered, significantly diminishes my trust in their service.

Avoid them for email store/forward (MX agent)!
I have set up the service with them, mainly because they are cheap.
However, I keep losing business critical emails and they are doing nothing to fix the issue on their side. It's a shame.
