Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid! Doesn't tell you in advance that you need to send a pic of your dashboard with NO warning lights on to validate your policy. This is after you've paid. You get no cooling off period so to cancel they charge you £30 broker admin fee. Read their T+Cs before purchasing. They are full of bad spelling and grammar. I really wish I had.

Dynamo has ILLEGALLY taken £160 from my ACCOUNT…

Dynamo has illegally taken £160 from my bank account despite the fact that I have never at any time had any personal insurance product from this company.
I attempted 'phone contact, which is hopeless, and have since sent numerous emails demanding the return of my money. They have the nerve to tell me that they cannot return any money to me, until they first contact the person who is the actual policy holder!! Unbelievable.

Read some bad reviews about dynamo but…

Read some bad reviews about dynamo but they were cheap & never really expected to need to use them tbh. Unfortunately just after Christmas some scumbag on a lime scooter grabbed my phone from my hand when I was ordering an uber. In all honesty I didn’t expect dynamo to be any good I was expecting them to come up with a reason not to pay me out but they did & I was really 😃. Will be renewing again this year as long as price is reasonable

This online company are scammers

This online company are scammers. Do not use. I paid for phone insurance online after they took payment they wanted photos of my phone which I sent but they kept saying not good enough. The phone is brand new bought on 7th of Feb. Went online to insure 8th Feb.
They won't validate the photos and say that without validation the policy will be voided but won't give full refund.i believe this is a ploy to scam people. I have put the payment in dispute with my credit card company. Awaiting for them to resolve. If I could give minus stars they would be minus 99

World Class Service

My car broke down so much that it needed towing to the garage. I called the customer assistance centre and they came to me within a very short time. They asked all the relevant questions. I was put on the priority list. the recovery came just after 28 minutes, although they had said in the worst scenario, it would take 2 hours. Meanwhile, they called to find out if I was alright whilst I was still waiting. I was really chaffed when the recovery pitched up. The 'little man Lee' asked a few questions and he was on with the job. He was so ever polite and professional. He even suggested areas which needed looking at to fix the car. I would highly recommend Dynamo Cover.

Great Service

The automatic transmission on my car failed. I phoned Dynamo, the response was immediate and courteous. I was contacted by text thereafter for information and reassurance.
Very happy with the service.

Brilliant Service

I wasn’t able to navigate the online booking so I spoke to a lovely young lady who booked our call out and was really helpful. We were attended in just over half an hour and was on our way home in next to no time. Brilliant service from Dynamo.

Very helpful mechanic

Very helpful mechanic arrived within two hours and fixed the problem quickly. I liked the tracking updates so I could see how far away the mechanic was. The only reason its not 5 stars is because two hours is a long time to wait, but the service itself was great.

Perfect Service

Very polite, very quick, very efficient, I couldn't have asked for more. The engineer was out to us within an hour and then we were quickly back on the road. Thank you to all of the team involved!

Arranged for me to be rescued and have…

Arranged for me to be rescued and have my car repaired on the roadside. It was a little longer than ideal at 1.5 hours when it was cold and wet but they rang 5 times to check in on me and tried to get my recovery sped up. Can't ask for too much more. Home safe now.

Great support received from Dynamo staff.

I was slightly disappointed when my initial telephone enquiry was directed to a website. From then on, my concerns soon disappeared, as the online enquiry was dealt with immediately, and I was quickly informed that assistance would arrive within a two hour slot.
I returned to my car towards the end of that period and awaited the recovery assistance, which hadn't arrived about twenty minutes after the end of the slot.
From then on, Dynamo staff went to great lengths to obtain updates from the recovery firm. Further delays were experienced, but throughout this episode, the office staff went to great lengths to provide me with first class customer care and concern for a successful outcome.

hassle free

the online instructions were clear and accurate. the pick up was timely and hassle free, the driver was polite and his vehicle was spotless in side. we went straight to the designated garage with no fuss. i was especially impressed with the phone call to make sure the car had been collected.
