Cannot get worse than that

I had delivery from Media Markt via dynalogic 4 times so far and every single time it got worse. Twice they refused to carry small package to the second floor. Once I rushed early from work to meet the delivery timeline but the guy was there 30 mins early and I literally saw him getting into the car, asking if he can hand over the package but he already registered it as not delivered. It resulted in them trying to deliver it over and over again for 4 more days before we got to the weekend and I could be home. On another occasion, I took almost a week off of work waiting for my fridge because they constantly moved the appointment around and all of that for them to leave the fridge on a ground floor, even though I specifically paid for the carry upstairs service. All that time I had no working fridge - mind you, the delivery was supposed to be done in 24h. The experience made me switch my media and AGD purchases to Cool Blue for the delivery reason alone. When I see that dynalogic is going to handle my package, I want to cry.

delivery did not want to pickup the old…

delivery did not want to pickup the old device , and did not use the proper tool to take the new device up to my apartment he even wanted to hand it over for me on front of the building not at my apartment which is within the limit of delivery with no lift

Sub-zero rating..

Sub-zero rating... what a gong show this company!!

* Zero communication
* Couldn't manage to do a delivery on 2 separate occasions
* Changed delivery times multple times a day
*Cancel the delivery at 10PM (after confirming delivery between 11PM and 3AM (!?!?!)
* Failure of a company and a waste of space on this planet

My Gall & Gall order dated 17th January…

My Gall & Gall order dated 17th January supposed to be delivered following day by Dynalogic. Five days latter, my order is not delivered. In meantime, I received several emails from Dynalogic informing me to be home between 18:00 and 22:30. I allocated that time day after day despite the fact that I needed that time to be somewhere else. This is so so frustrating and this is not the right whey to run the business.

Rude and Irresponsible Courier Service…

Rude and Irresponsible Courier Service with Damaged Delivery and No Installation
This was the most unprofessional courier service I have ever experienced. I had ordered a television and a washing machine, including installation from Meidamarkt. However, the courier team (Dynalogic) didn't even come to the door—instead, they called me and threatened to leave if I wasn’t there immediately. I had to rush to the location, only to be met with a 20-minute argument during which they refused to install the washing machine. They mishandled the television, even appearing to throw it intentionally, and behaved extremely rudely. In the end, they forced me to sign off that the items were delivered. This was happened in Zaandam in Netherlands location.

The Delivery Person Caused Major Inconvenience and Does Not Care at All

I had the unfortunate event of working with Dynalogic because I ordered a drying machine from LG. They said they were going to come on Tuesday and as I work full-time I took an off-day from my job. I was waiting in the home, with my phone in my hand checking the map continuously to see when my order was going to be delivered. All of a sudden, the status updated to client was not aware. Since they don't have a customer service reachable by phone I wrote to their Whatsapp channel and explained the situation. They told me that the delivery person came but the client was not aware of the delivery? First of all, how does someone order a drying machine and not know about it? Didn't this ring any bells? The delivery person didn't even check if he went to the right address, didn't even try to call. I don't even think he even went to any address and rang the bell. He probably was running late and just skipped me. Afterwards, I told the customer service personnel I had to take a leave and it has to be delivered today, I wanted them to compensate for their own mistake. She told me there is nothing she can do. After a while of complaining, she agreed to call the delivery person. Then I received a call from the delivery person, and he claimed he rang the bell but I didn't answer. This is both not possible and not what he put in the system (as it was client not aware). Then he said he won't be coming regardless of the inconvenience he caused. after I told I will have to create a complaint with LG he said whatever it's good like he is mocking, as he knows the company does not care and do anything to prevent from their employees behaving this way. This cost me more than 200 euros as I can sell these leave days. Terrible service, I hope LG will stop working with this company.

I would like to make an official…

I would like to make an official complaint about Dynalogic. On Friday I ordered a product with Next Day Delivery. On Saturday I was supposed to receive the product between 19:00 and 22:00. The time was presented so I waited. Finally around 21:00 I got a message that the product would not be delivered. So I made another appointment for Tuesday, and the same situation. I changed it to Wednesday and the same situation, despite contacting customer service and assuring me that the delivery would take place. The next delivery is scheduled for Thursday and I will bet my life that I will not receive the product through this company. am very upset and I will write about this situation everywhere.

TV Installation

I waited for a Dynalogic employee for the third time for the TV I bought from Media Markt, but again my TV was not mounted on the wall. The person who came the second time was not an installer and came alone, the person who came for the third appointment took a photo of the building entrance without ringing the bell and left, I saw him on the camera. I have been waiting for someone for days for the installation and I paid 100 Euros for this service.

[Warning] Avoid this company

Unfortunately, I bought installation service from this company and here is my overall experience.

First installation team drilled without checking my wall for power cabling regardless of my warnings due to lack of professionally and equipments.

After months of back and forth communications, I ended up getting the wall fixed and when I tried to finalize the installation, they are mentioning that too much time has passed and they couldn’t install the items.

Well, then don’t break power cables walls trying to install equipment or get it fixed yourself if you are time dependent. I have a huge box which J am waiting for installation and their customer service is sending an automated mail that they couldn’t support.

Such an unfortunate purchase, avoid this company at all cost.

Worst delivery company

I bought a diswasher from Veiligkopen and delivery was done by Dynalogic. They had to come 4 times to able to install the dishwasher. Each time the staff had some difficulties to remove the old machine and I had to fix it myself and make new appointment. At the 4th time, they finally made it.

During the installation, the installer put the tape on the wall and I immediately warned that It can damage tje wall. The staff was so sure not to damage the paint but in the end the paint has gone. They took the picture and said to me that at the end of the day they will discuss the problems with their managers and I will be called within a few days.

After about one week I called the company that I bought the dishwasher and informed them about the situation. And after mailing a few times, I got a response that Dynalogic doesn't have this report in their system and I informed Veiligkopenkopen about 1 week later. So, Dynalogic thinks I lie to them and and trying to get the paint damage repaired which is actually not made by them.

Normally I would not struggle on that small/stupid damage. But It is about professionalism. And the mistake was made although I warned them.

I was convinced to be called back but apparently staff did not inform their manager, maybe not to get any penalty or something else but at the end I became victim.

I am quite unsatisfied and will never want to work again with them.

Unacceptable Delivery Experience

I was expecting a delivery of the TV that I purchased from MediaMarkt website on 19th of November Sunday.
Since I received messages about the delivery I changed my plans to receive it. However just minutes before the delivery time the delivery cancelled. When I called the customer service, they claimed that there was a roadwork (which is completely wrong). They kept saying the same things instead of finding a solution and hanged the phone at the end. This is not acceptable. My time is valuable.

If a company uses Dynalogic AVOID

If a company uses Dynalogic (which is unfortunately almost all mobile carriers) avoid!

There is no contact number, no accountability, and no way to be helped if something goes wrong.

Worse delivery angency EVER!!
The driver called me because I wanted me to go down stairs, but to my surprese 1 minute later he was gone and when you call to the costumer service the still continue telling you that you just need to wait.

poor service

I got an Email that my packages would be delivered between 08-22 today, so took a day off and stayed home. at 10:33 i got a notification that they tried to deliver my packages but no one was home and i need to book a new time... 10:44 i was in contact with support and they told me the delivery guy could not come back today and i need to say home again tomorrow.. delivery guy didn't ring the doorbell nor called me on my phone..

DynaNOTlogic at all: a pity because you are not worthy of this one star either!

It seems that I live in the middle of nowhere because your drivers cannot find my address location, AND they cannot call me either. Veryyy strange, what a service! You should be ashamed of this way of doing business.

What can you do about it?
- Update your navigations systems
- Instruct your drivers on how to manage "difficult" addresses.
- Give your customer's service team a client satisfaction course where they learn how to apply empathy and how to help the customers
- Communicate delays/disturbances effectively through emails and or telephone (sms/calls)
- DO NOT CHARGE for calling your customer service. (How dare you even charge for this? You guys f*cked up the service, and I am the one who needs to pay in order to get helped?)
