The drivers were fantastic and went over and above to deliver to our garage. The packaging from the seller however was awful and unsafe which resulted in the machine being dropped. Maybe if DX recei... See more

Driver delivered some blinds. Leant them against front door, rang the bell and walked off. Blinds fell over whilst he was there and are damaged. He didn’t pick them up. I wasn’t in, he could have left the blinds in the porch in a safe place. I have Ring video footage of this.
If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service. nearly 2 weeks of failed deliveries. They even took a picture of my very clearly open front door and said no one was home?! In one attempted delivery they apparently failed to deliver as they had damaged the item. Back to the seller who provided a replacement. Surprise, Surprise another failed delivery. Interestingly this failed delivery showed the GPS of the van no where near the delivery address! Again, on the phone to customer service who upgrade to a priority AM Saturday delivery. Guess what? Failed delivery. 6 attempts at delivering. 6 failed attempts!!! We have been at home for each attempt. We have even had the front door wide open, with a note taped to the wall saying DELIVERY DRIVER, WE ARE HOME!! I am shocked at the awful, awful delivery service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! Fingers crossed delivery attempt 7 is a success (I won't hold my breath).
We were kept updated via text on delivery status, arrived on time and staff were helpful and pleasant.
There were 2 men. Very friendly and courteous and respectful. They carried the boxes into the living room
Whats the point of having a service that allows the delivery date to be changed yet once changed it does not show revised delivery date?
And then when trying to call the phone service gets you through a menu then cuts you off forcing a 30min wait using an AI chat bot to speak to anyone.
Bl**dy useless and almost on pat with evri for service quality!
Update
Make that 90 mins waiting on tge chat service only to be told I should let delivery fail then waste another 90mins waiting on chat servuce to rearrange delivery!
What a bl**dy useless company!
DX provided good and timely delivery updates via text and email. As the date got closer, the updates refined the delivery time-slot to assist with planning my time. The actual delivery was on-time. The agent (I can't recall his name, but he did tell me) was friendly and efficient. This is how it should be done.
If I could do a minus score I would. Absolutely shocking service that was supposed to be 24 hours. Nearly a week later & still don’t have my parcel. They give you a 2 hour window, don’t turn up then say you they couldn’t deliver as you weren’t in or they couldn’t access the property, then you watch them on the tracker driving back to the depot within the time frame of your delivery. Will never buy from a company that uses DX again
2 items missing, can’t get through to anyone to find out when they will be delivered but can see they have now been sitting in the depot for 3 days. Terrible service.
Had a scheduled time and it was a good service as I could track my delivery
Loved the live feed, kept up to date on delivery, arrived on time, very professional and polite
Arrived on time
Quick delivery provided
The guys were very helpful !!
The Delivery was a very Large, Heavy Box. Two Delivery men Carried it in to the property with no problems. Thanks to both of them for there Help.
They gave me a 2 hour window delivery time the day before and then on the day of delivery, the guy rang 10 minutes before arrive to let me know they were on the way and arrived when they said they would and was so polite and friendly when they dropped off my bed. Can’t fault them
I was given a delivery time between 14.34 and 16.34. The driver arrived around 18.48, I do a night job and i was awake since 14.34 trying to make sure i dont miss my delivery. I understand there might be delay during delivery but the drivers should have communicated around 16.34 when they could not met up with time.
Pleased the delivery came when it did. The time suited us.
Sadly, the quality of the service from one of the delivery men was completely unprofessional.
I was asked where the goods could be left. I cannot fault there was no hesitation as to where it was placed. I was willing to help and was reminded that the goods weighed over 51KG so this meant that it is a two man lift.
Comments from him towards myself were “ooh, look at you how broad your shoulders are they’re bigger than mine!” The driver didn’t acknowledge what he’d said. I think he may have been embarrassed by this?
This was followed by him asking to use our toilet. To which I responded no.
Mainly because my husband was not at home plus I had just been verbally insulted.
He did explain that they only get three minutes to complete a delivery and how desperate he was to use it.
I have explained this to my husband and it has left us both feeling upset.
My husband works in transport as a lorry driver. Prior to this he was a van driver delivering medical supplies to domestic addresses. He fully understands their circumstances as to use the toilet. However, his company adhere to a strict policy to not use toilets at domestic addresses under any circumstances.
Mainly because it wasn’t worth getting caught up in any trouble if any allegations were to be made. Say for example if something was to go missing. Where does the liability stand? The customer or the company?
With explaining this to you what is your policy of your staff using customer toilets?
This is an uncomfortable situation for both customers and staff.
As mentioned, we fully respect what they do for a job.
The comments to myself were completely unnecessary and upsetting.
We understand this isn’t the response you would want to receive but it needs to be addressed.
Avoid DX at all costs.
I waited all day for an essential construction material. At 18:28, the tracking status updated to "1 of 1 items delivered. Signed signature unreadable" at Kidderminster NC.
No delivery attempt was made whatsoever. At the exact time of the alleged delivery (18:28), I was standing right outside the front of my property. No driver appeared, no doorbell was rung, and no signature was given by me.
This was an 18kg, 2.4-metre long profile—it is completely impossible to misplace, drop in a mailbox, or leave unnoticed. The driver simply falsified the delivery record to meet their daily quota before ending their shift.
Because of this dishonest practice, my work site is completely blocked, and DX customer service refuses to investigate directly with the recipient, pushing all the burden back onto the sender. Extremely unprofessional and deceptive service.
