If you choose DW Windows you will be allocated a dedicated Surveyor as a 1st point of contact during your installation. Also a dedicated aftersales team will look after you once your project is complete. Our workmanship, materials (including the glass units) and labour are provided with a full 10-year, insurance backed guarantee.

After a slight hiccup
After a slight hiccup, we eventually had our French windows fitted, we are very happy with them . The fitter was extremely helpful and explained what he had to do and kept me informed all along. They cleaned up all the mess and left nothing behind.
I would recommend this company, no hard sell ( which is a godsend) , we are very happy 😌

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. Had new windows to replace old box sash windows and new door. I was a bit nervous about getting rid of the original Victorian sash windows but I needn't have worried as it has made an amazing transformation and looks fabulous.
Craig Wood came to do the original quote & was very informative and not pushy.
Jon the surveyor was also brilliant very helpful and explained everything thoroughly.
Dan & Aaron were the fitters. They both did a great job were very professional, polite, punctual and cleared away any mess.
Really pleased with the finished result can't thank DW windows team enough for their fabulous work.

What a fantastic company. From the initial phone call through to the fitting, the whole process was seamless.
I was keep informed every step of the way.
It wasn't a straightforward job which was explained to me and the cost of the extra work wasn't particularly expensive.
The fitters were brilliant and I couldn't be more pleased with our new door. It looks amazing.

New bay window and 3 more windows
We had our windows fitted today the two guys Chris and Brett were absolutely brilliant could not have asked for anyone better. No mess left and windows look fantastic. I also want to add that the surveyor that came out before fitting to measure up was also very good at his job , we thought we had a leak on the bay roof he looked and told us it was actually our roof that the problem was occurring and told us what we needed to do. So I want to thank DW Windows for having such great staff.

Guarantees could be longer
Good installation,but we had to have 3 visits to complete everything.
1st and engineer to assess, then another to measure and then a 3rd to install- in previous years this has been done in 2.
And whilst services good, guarantees for the glass should be 10 years not 5

Hi Mr Parham,
Thank you for taking time to provide a review. Our process has always been that we 1) send a salesperson to rough measure and to give you a price on the day to potentially take an order, 2) send a surveyor to measure what has been sold and to order the goods from the manufacturer, 3) when the goods arrive we send an installer to fit them.
I can see that you have ordered glass units previously from us where we have quoted from the office based on either your sizes or google earth however our preferred way is always to send a sales person to quote accurately as this gives a better service to our customers.
In terms of the guarantee - we provide 10 year guarantee on all of our glass units purchased at the same time as the window. We can only offer 5 year on any glass units when we are just replacing the glass unit into a window that is aged (as in your orders). Our manufacturers only offer us only a 2 or 3 year guarantee on glass, we therefore extend this for our customers to 5 or 10 years accordingly. I hope that explains our position to you and others who read our reviews before making a decision about choosing us as their installer. Great service
We got recommended to try DW Windows by a family friend and I’m glad we did. The sales rep Craig wood came out todo the quote for us he was not pushy or overbearing like the other sales guys we had out from other companies, he listen to what we wanted would recommended him got a lot of knowledge and good advice to help you understand the best way todo things. They keep you up to date all the way to the day of fitting. The fitters Simon and Jordan were very polite and professional and did a great job.

I've just had a window quote done by Tom Hill. He was very professional and friendly. There was no hard sell, he simply measured up and told me the prices. He explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for him. He is an asset to the company and I would be happy for him to complete future quotes for me.
