Very bad communication. They screw up my order and don't reply direct questions to solve the situation. They ask me to bring box with wrong order (20kg, 1.5m tall box) to 30km far Paketshop instead to pick up the box in the address. Deliver wrong staff to address yes, pick up no. It was their mistake to deliver incorrect order, not mine. There is no information what will happen after I hand over the box? Return the money, send me the correct order or what? Requested the information 3 times without answers. The responsibility of this company is on 0 level. It's like they want me to keep the staff I did not order. I feel cheated.

I’a very surprised that the company does not comply with ‘normal buissenes’ codex. I.e. they promise answer and do not have intention comply with their promises.
