I purchased a pair of carbon fiber insoles in January for €80. After just 2 months of normal sports use, one of them snapped clean during a training session — I heard the crack mid-jump.

When I contacted customer service, instead of looking for a solution, they immediately blamed me, claiming I had misused the product. No warranty, no replacement, no gesture of goodwill — not even the option to buy a single insole.

Checking Trustpilot, I can see I'm not the only one with this experience.

Great concept, poor quality, and customer service that protects the brand instead of the customer. Think twice before investing your money here.

Ho acquistato un paio di solette in fibra di carbonio a gennaio, spendendo 80€. Dopo soli 2 mesi di utilizzo sportivo normale, una si è rotta di netto durante un allenamento — ho sentito il crack durante un salto.

Quando ho contattato il servizio clienti, invece di cercare una soluzione, si sono limitati ad accusarmi di aver usato il prodotto in modo scorretto. Nessuna garanzia, nessuna sostituzione, nessun gesto commerciale — nemmeno la possibilità di acquistare la singola soletta.

Scorrendo Trustpilot, vedo che non sono l'unico ad aver vissuto questa esperienza.

Idea interessante, qualità deludente e un servizio clienti che nefasto oltre che arrogante. Valutatelo bene prima di spendere i vostri soldi. non lo consiglio . provero vktry

I ordered insoles twice and both times I received the wrong insoles. I will never order from Team Dvnk again.

So far, I have not received my product. It has been at least two weeks not to mention that you mentioned a free shipping otherwise I would’ve just paid for the shipping to arrive. I’ve been contacting them and have been unsuccessful at this point. I’ve been asking for a refund and still unsuccessful I do not recommend this to anyone. I just read your response. I have been trying to get in contact with you guys for over a week. I have my photos and emails of the attempts in the case that I need them I’ve even messaged you guys through Instagram and I have yet to receive a response. This is the first response that I’ve ever gotten back and it is to dispute information date is in your head false which it’s not I literally at 4:40 PM just got back from the UPS store specifically in pico Rivera, California to ask them if any packages have gotten there they did inform me of a tax that comes from shipments that are international and said that they cannot find mine. My email is posted. I will not leave my personal phone number on here but if you locate me through my tracking number, my information is there and I can receive a call email any form of contact and I’ve yet to receive any and I have requested a refund and I’ve still yet to get it.

The website is a scam ive contacted them multiple times regarding a refund and the have just been ignoring the 4 stars is a lie their customer service sucks they have stolen my money they dont wanna respond to me now so dont believe the review in this website for all i know this people mustve hired people to write a good review on them reality is these guys are snakes and rats.

I ordered a pair of so-called carbon insoles from this website, believing they were an original Italian product. What I received was a cheap product identical to the ones sold on AliExpress for a fraction of the price.

This company is clearly drop-shipping from China while pretending to sell premium Italian products, which is misleading and dishonest. When I confronted them, they refused to refund me and hid behind a so-called 14-day policy — completely ignoring that the product was not as described.

I have now opened a dispute with PayPal and reported the company to the European Consumer Centre (ECC) for deceptive cross-border practices.

Be warned: do not waste your money here. The products are cheap rebranded items from AliExpress, and customer service is untrustworthy.

I strongly advise others to avoid this website and check the real source of the product before buying

What I received in the mail was definitely not carbon Fibre and was made in China. This is a scam

Absolutely amazing price for such insoles and great customer service and very understanding and the insoles work perfectly

Thought I would give these a try, paid for the 24hr shipping, took a week to arrive, no refund for the excess shipping.

Then the product, not the best, didn’t do anything other than raise my foot up inside my shoe by 3mm

No performance improvement, just carrying around two extra pieces of plastic as I doubt that actual carbon fibre

Definitely improves speed and jump height and fits perfectly into my boot.

I bought a pair of the pro insoles about 2 months ago. I noticed an immediate change in how explosive I felt not just while jumping but running too.

The experience was fantastic. Product works as it is advertised and it arrived in perfect condition. Customer service staff were very friendly and handled my order with care. Would definitely reccomend if you want to level up your game!

Terrible Quality and Unsafe
These are the worst I’ve ever tried. I bought them as a birthday gift for my son, and he ended up injured after using them. Be very careful because it’s incredibly easy to hurt yourself while using these. I strongly advise against buying them. Safety should always come first, and unfortunately, this product fails miserably in that

It is really a scam. I bought a pair of soul for my son of 15 years old and one was broken during shipping.
I asked for a refund and they told me that I was lying, but I cannot believe it. The customer service that this company provide.

Received insoles quickly to Canada. They didn’t work out but the return was quick and easy. Communication was excellent.
