I have been using their service for years. I recently had to replace my laptop and I was concerned that I would not be able to seamlessly transfer my account to the new computer. I contacted them and they replied within 24 hours. They let me know everything I needed to do and I didn't miss a step. Great product and customer service. Anna was great.

I have been using DVDVideosoft Free studio premium for a number of years now. I am very pleased with its performance and various utilities within the software for my musical purpose. In fact, I haven't seen a better one anywhere as yet. I am also very pleased to say that the Support Dept. is also very helpful in ironing out any occasional glitches that may arise. I have been using DVDVideosoft for many years now. There tools are awesome. Lately, I had to retrieve my premium key, having changed my email I couldn't get it. I wrote them a email and withing minutes Anna solved my problem! That is what I call SUPPORT!

Fast and efficient customer service whever I've had a problem and I have been with this company for quite a few years downloading music from YouTube for my memory stick .

My 10th anniversary is literally coming up in four days, and I still use the app almost daily. Well, I say app, I could say apps (plural) but I mainly use their YouTube to MP3 app. Yes, I know that sounds dated in 2026, but I am old school and have a private music library in iTunes on my computer. Over 15.000 files now, most of them downloaded through DVDVideoSoft. I bought the Premium membership 10 years ago and have never regretted. YouTube will change things up, maybe to try to stop apps like these from working, but DVDVideoSoft will update their apps accordingly and then everything works fine again. Through the years I have contacted support several times, when the app stops working, but we always figure out a solution. So I will keep using this high quality premium app. Can recommend!

I suddenly coldn' download YT to MP3 podcasts. The usual fix is to download the current version.

I had a licensing issue with my Unlimited Premium license purchased in 2022. Initially, I could not activate the latest version of the software. After contacting DVDVideoSoft Support, Alexis quickly resolved the problem by reloading my license for the current version. The support was professional, friendly, and very responsive. After downloading you only get a 30 second "preview" after which you have to go"premium"

Apps are working perfectly, regulary updated, and the staff is present for you.
I really enjoy it, it's usefull fast, and simple to use.
Using it since 2018 without any regret !
