Glad I Did not Purchase This Product, Just Used The Trial Version !!!

I am looking for a reliable dvd and Blu-ray copying program so I can back up my collection, after reading reviews though I would give this a try, so I downloaded a trial version of their OpenCloner UltraBox collection which lets you try the software for seven days.
I tried to copy a Blu Ray disc it got to 98% then through up an error saying timed out, tried to copy again and it will not run.
Went to their support page and filled in a form with the required details but every time I try to send it it says captcha incorrect but I have tried several times but with the same issue, problem is you have to enter ALL your details again.
I am not going to spend over £210 on software which does not appear to work and with a company you cannot contact.
Think I will give Leawo Blu-Ray Copy a try !!!
It’s a shame as DVD Cloner gets descent reviews.
