Overall experience satisfying

Overall experience satisfying. I'm happy for the discounts on Karup design items.
The shopping process is user friendly. Except one inconvenience, when I wanted to recieve an invoice addressed to company that is not an Italian one, the site did not let me through. I sent a message to Duzzle WhatsApp, but no response. At the end I completed my order without an invoice, and I'm not happy with that. I'm curious to know if that can be changed for my future purchases.
Regarding order process & delivery: Duzzle needed 3 or 4 day to process my order and another few days for the currier service to deliver it. Everything went smoothly.
