Duux WiFi app is very poor.
WiFi app very poor. Use heater in manual mode. The fact that the device was able to be connected by WiFi was reason for purchase. My fault I should have checked reviews of the app as well as heater.

Terrible customer service/usless app
Terrible customer service. Cannot contact anyone. E mailed with no reply. Unit was initially damages, returned, hasn't worked since we tried it. Won't connect to the app. Useless to us.

Easy to order….well made cover……but!
Easy to order……..and the cover fits perfectly……but was it really necessary to require a signature for cover for our fan…….? We were happy to wait in to provide a signature when we ordered our fan, as this was an expensive item. This isn’t a complaint…..just a comment!

A very good purchase.
Bought a DUUX whisper fan to use in the bedroom.
It's brilliant. Very silent, speed settings and use of remote is great. Managed to damage the remote early days but was easy to replace via the DUUX website and not too expensive.

Very Good Product
Very Good Product. Very quiet. The only thing I do not like is the fan stand is quite low. The fan could have been adjustablde to height to at last one feet higher to allow air to circulate at face and chest level. Also this is to facilitate more fan air circulation when lying on the bed.

Poor customer service
The remote works fine but I returned it as I found the missing remote. Customer service is rather slow and at times unresponsive. I've been waiting for more than a month for a refund

Duux Globe
The Duux globe is a good fan. I love the design and the size. It feels very sturdy and robust and it is very powerful. I only have a couple of complaints. The first is that the LEDs on the base are really bright so I have had to tape over them when I use it at night. The second is that there aren’t enough settings. The fan goes from 1, barely blowing and almost inaudible, to 2, blowing really hard and being significantly louder. There needs to be a middle setting between these two. I already have the Duux Whisper floor fan & use the gentle noise to help me sleep, but that isn’t an option with this fan as my partner finds setting 2 way too loud and strong but setting 1 is too quiet for me.

Stylish product, exceeded expectations.
Speedy delivery of a stylish, quality fan. Duux's DXCF03UK arrived well packaged and was easy to assemble using the instructions provided. The fan is a modern stylish design which looks really smart and high-end. The fan is responsive, quiet and effective. I especially like the "natural" mode, which slightly varies the air flow to feel like a natural breeze! This fan was a Which? recommended buy, and it still exceeded my expectations. Even my extremely particular boyfriend is impressed. I love it!

1. 'WHICH' recommended!!??
1. Faulty remote control.
2. Should have had my tapemeasure to hand prior to ordering - the fan model I got; even after extending it, was short.
3. Some of the components e.g. fan cover & related parts were of cheap quality.
