The filter was what I wanted, but a tracking number would have been great

The filter was what I wanted. it is perfect!
I did my research and it was the generic one that would fit a Shop Vac.
But it did take longer to arrive than what I expected. About just over 3 weeks. But these are Covid times and I realise shipping is affected.
But I would like to add, that it would have been great to have a tracking number thanks.
I would like to reiterate that in my experience I did receive the product that I ordered and paid for. So really no worries there and would order again.

Ordered on the 9th August

Ordered on the 9th August, website is .co.nz and is not a NZ website. It is coming from the Netherlands apparently but who knows? Tracking information has it as shipped and nothing more since the date it was "shipped" on the 11th. Suspect this is a have, they just send me a tracking number which doesn't go anywhere.
