Speedy service

Items ordered were spot on and very speedy delivery. As usual I left it a bit late to order as I needed the memory boxes for a christening on the Sunday and only ordered them on the preceding Monday. They arrived on either the Tuesday or Wednesday of that week so thank you very much. Great service as always.

Good service.and spoke directly but expected print on photo frame to be larger as only 1 small word.This wasn't mentioned on phone call.I will still use Dust and things as I have Good service and items in the past

Beautiful planter

Ordered a planter for my sister in law , it’s absolutely beautiful- with the names of my nieces and nephew on it . Looks amazing I am so so chuffed and I know my sister in law will love it . Delivery so prompt also . And very well

A fantastic small company

I’ve been using Dust and Things for many many years now… I don’t have a single family member who isn’t the proud owner of at least 1 engraved coaster, personalised glass, titled cheese board or something else.
Such a fab company and always on the ball with price, quality, communication, accuracy and speed of delivery.
My go to company for a great personalised gift (even if some are just for me).
Thank you to all involved - the designer, engraver, packer etc
Will 100% be ordering again in the future.

Repeat purchaser…

Forth time I have purchased this beautiful baby keepsake box. They are gifts for all my nieces and nephew when they are born! They are such a lovely personalised gift, which is always gratefully received. Fantastic product and great seller. Absolutely no hesitation recommending the seller and product to anyone. Perfect 10/10.

Very helpful customer service...wanted the size of the wording changed and they were happy to accommodate this request.

Delivered quickly and packaged well, so no damage to items.
