I bought a vacuum it’s sooooooooo cheaply made and I paid £85 anyway I’ve charged it once and now it won’t charge at all, messaged the ‘support’ email and it bounced back. Awful product don’t get conned!!!

Update: having been in contact with the company they have tried to settle with a 25% refund, then they offered 40% then 70%, however this item has a warranty and went wrong within 30 days of receiving it, and they are wasting my time, I have asked for a full refund and for some reason they are trying to take the mickey out of me! If they do not refund me or replace (not that I want a replacement as it is an awful product) they are breaking the law based on Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Don’t dive your money to these people!!!!
