Great customer service
I always shop at Dusk and have consistently had a great experience with both their products and customer service. My latest experience was no exception.
I accidentally purchased a pre-order item and later decided that I wanted to replace it with a different item instead. Sanjana was incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. She handled everything smoothly, professionally, and very promptly, making the whole process completely stress-free.
It's always reassuring to receive such excellent customer service, and Sanjana went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted quickly. Thank you for your outstanding support.

Fantastic service, great quality product
Fantastic service, easy to navigate website, ordering straight forward, great ongoing communication through until delivery.
The bed itself was reasonably easy to assemble and is very comfortable.

A really lovely bed.
There was a good choice of quality, affordable items to choose from and the ordering process was straightforward.
Delivery went to the date and time plan and the 2 delivery guys were first class and placed everything in the required area and showed respect to the items and property.
The bed and mattress (Madison/4000 spring) were assembled without any issues and looks great. As well to note that the design of the packaging was well thought out with everything present and arrived undamaged.
Recommended? Definitely.

Good but arrived damaged
We had to wait a long time to receive the side tables I ordered. I did know this when I placed the order but having waited around six weeks to get them they were damaged when they arrived. My partner managed to fix them up enough so they look fine now so we didn’t return them as I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle. The tables look very nice and they were reasonably priced. The communication was good from Dusk regarding delivery and I’m sure they would have dealt with the issue had I bothered to raise it. I’ve also had bar stools from Dusk which are perfect and we’re very happy with them. Overall, the product quality is good for the price.

Dusk as always never fail to deliver…
Dusk as always never fail to deliver quality products at a great price. I use them for my towels, facecloths, bedding, furniture. If they sell it I buy it. I have very fussy taste and if something is not good quality then it’s going back, but I’ve never had a problem with dusk. Cannot rate them highly enough. The only problem is I can’t stop spending!
