Great items bad customer service
Ordering good. No updates until day before delivery day. Could be better. Tried to change delivery day and got no response. Items delivered and tracking was good but no idea of time until the day. Packages very damaged. Contacted Dusk via email again no response. I inspected items thankfully no damage although missing some screws and some of the connectors for top were flimsy and don’t go in so it’s currently not on properly. The item pieces were great quality, item pieces numbered well and instructions good and clear. Overall lovely pieces of furniture. Feel like heavy quality not cheap wood which I am very pleased with but come on Dusk get your customer services working or add on a telephone number. Great prices. Great items. Fix these issues and one of the best companies I’ve had furniture from.

It looks cheap and shoddy!
It looks cheap!
I have bought from you before and have always been happy with my purchases. However, this console table doesn't come up to your usual standards.
The faux marble top is just horrible, it looks dirty and dusty, but it's just cheap plastic covering.
The wood staining on the legs is patchy doesn't match the rest of the console.
The legs fit badly and look like they're on wrong, they're not we have checked the instructions.
Really disappointed with my purchase.

Excellent pricing, delivery within a week (and free delivery) with sofas arriving as promised and with time slot and pre arrival confirmation from delivery company.
Sofas are stylish comfortable and extremely good value.

Excellent service the sofa and live…
Excellent service the sofa and live seat are superb far exceeds what I expected.
Delivered on time however the delivery guys were a little ignorant and don’t hang around found that quite rude you sign before checking and they’re not interested but everything was fine so I’m happy the quality is amazing would recommend Dusk furniture maybe just have a word with delivery guys.

extremely disappointed
My experience was extremely disappointing. The delivery company was atrocious throughout the process. Delivery dates were repeatedly provided, then changed, and when new dates were arranged they were missed again, leaving me waiting at a work site all day on multiple occasions.
When the furniture finally arrived two weeks later than expected, the delivery team refused to take it up to my first-floor sitting room, despite this being a reasonable expectation for furniture delivery.
Communication from Dusk was also very poor. Updates were not proactive or informative, and I only received responses after repeatedly chasing for information. Overall, the service fell well below expectations and caused unnecessary frustration.
