Excellent delivery, service and furniture
Excellent delivery. My chest of drawers was carefully packed, protected and delivered. Communication around delivery is excellent. The chest of drawers itself is lovely, true to online pictures and even smells delightfully woody ( similar to the waft of pine forests).

My experience with the company has been fantastic from start to finish, especially because of the exceptional customer service I received. I needed some help with an order, Arshad has been absolutely outstanding in handling my query and supporting me.

Delivered on time. Bath mat is a little bigger than I thought but it is soft and good quality. I could swap it to a bigger bathroom so will keep it. Lovely products.

Would rate as zero if possible
Would rate as zero if possible. Shocking customer service. Lost a full days salary awaiting an order for them to provide the wrong delivery address to the courier. Requested a Saturday delivery as compensation for a day of lost wages to be told this isn’t possible as they only operate Monday to Friday and I have to wait 3 working days for an update. Will never use again.

Customer service is the worst
Customer service is the worst.
Unable to exchange item. Impossible to reach on calls as nobody ever answers. Tried to return instead but barely respond on emails when I want to return asap as it takes 1week to receive a new one.
Nobody ever takes my concern SERIOUSLY.
I dont recommend at all. Felt like a waste of money. Will never order again. Extremely disappointed.

Well let’s say third time lucky that…
Well let’s say third time lucky that the parcels turned up! The previously two deliveries did not arrive and I waited in all day for them!
This time the boxes were damaged and there are marks on both items which I shall be taking up with Dusk.com
The products are nice and fit where I wanted them however I was totally unaware their furniture was flat pack so had to spend the next two hours making up the sideboards I had bought! Now just need to adjust the doors.
