Rapid no fuss solution at very low cost, what is not to like?? Oh yes and what an easy process with lightning fast delivery :)

Bought this to put in our ‘emergency’ bag. Unit seems pretty good, sturdy enough and reception is fine. Surprisingly small! Only possible downside is the 2 loose USB cables that come with it will inevitably get separated and lost somewhere!

Needed a replacement whisk for my Duronic hand mixer. Query answered straight away and I ordered the whisk which arrived pronto. Well done, Duronic!
The only disappointment was that the original whisk fell apart in the first place - the only whisk I've ever had where each wire pinged out, one after the other. It does a wonderful job but plainly there is no stamina in the item, which is a shame, as I imagine I shall be buying a further one in a year or two's time when the replacement whisk goes the same way.
Could you improve the quality of the whisks, Duronic?

The hurricane (dynamo) lantern does what it says it will! It's a great alternative to a battery torch or lantern for indoors (without the worry as to whether the batteries will work) if the electrics don't work or if there's a power cut - and can be used instead of candles, or to find them. I would recommend this to anyone. It emits a bright light which is more than substantial enough. Just remember to wind it up for 1 minute once a month as advised, to keep the battery in good working order. Excellent value and quick free delivery. We bought 3 (for three family members) and may buy some more now.

Fantastic service - I needed replacement part for my old Duronic heater as winter is just around the corner and wanted to be all set for upcoming cold season. Just some ‘wear and tear’ maintenance - 7 year old heater is still working well but some plastic elements started to ‘crumble’. I had no idea if it’s even possible to get the spare part but after contacting Duronic I got a quick reply followed by the delivery in just a few days.
