Hmm. This company is trustable. But the user experience is terrible. No direct Paypal checkout, no sale without creating a user account, German auto-translated/partly senseless, cookie popup lacks a simple "reject all" option, ah well...

Searching for products can be very, very tedious. There should be – as on many other shops – a »related products« row where one can choose additional products. For instance I was looking for a akku-loader for a Nikon camera and I wanted to get an extra akku for said camera too. I took a very complicated search for the correct product, only to find out, that they are out of stock.

Replacement battery for notebook quickly found, unfortunately no CR2016 or CR2320 available

search and ordering was fine. basket operation was quite slow. when trying to complete the order the system crashed twice.

Easy to order, easy payment and quick shipment

Easy to find suitable battery for my laptop. Meanwhile the forth battery bought here in shop. It lasts approx. three years under private usage conditions.

Good product but the entry of personal data is confusing, could be slightly improved

In principle, the payment process is okay, but my address was not recognized, so I had to fiddle with it a bit. Since my address is also stored with PayPal, having an option to pay directly with PayPal and pull that information from there would be very convenient. All in all, though, it's good.

I miss the ability to search products by size because I was looking for a battery that needed to fit in a specific device. In addition, the page behaved strangely during check-out while entering the address details, the telephone number was constantly corrected by itself and then shown as incorrect. (I use the current Apple browser Safari)
