If the option to leave no stars was possible that would have been my choice, sizes are incorrect, the cashmere (alleged ) jumper was not cashmere, the colour being ordered was green, the item arriving was brown, on sizes, an XL shirt had a generous 20cm of material missing to be able to do it up, the XL jumper on the other hand was more in XXL territory. when i emailed to request a return i was offered a 20% refund as shipping back to China would be expensive. At no point was replacement items offered, the return email from Duplicis came across as expected and ambivalent.
please save your money and time when considering a purchase.

It’s Total rip off! It took 3 weeks for the item to arrive, which turned out to be very shoddy. When I tried to return it I was given a weird address in China. Return cost would be £40 so I didn’t bother!

WARNING - truly awful products. Don’t get fooled by website images as they bear little resemblance to what you will receive. Duplicis is not a UK brand but a channel for shocking quality and ill-fitting Chinese clothing. Asked for refund and was offered 30% to keep them. Refused but accepted 50% on basis that shipping back to China was prohibitive. Stated Trustpilot reviews probable fake. Also trades as muse.london.

Photos on their website look nothing like the product you receive. If you want to return an item it has to be shipped back to China. This is not a UK based company! It cost me £35 to return item which only cost £65.
Do not use this company!!
