Great all-round service
Ordered an aranet 4 given the price was cheaper than amazon. Arrived NBD by Fedex. Great little unit and highly accurate measuring CO2 in my house. Would definitely buy from them again. Friendly and informed service on the website live chat (which is a rarity these days)

Ordered & paid for 4 parts on line on 23/10/23.
Received this email from Michael on 26/10/23.
'Hopefully you have received your Duomo (UK) order or have received a lead time if the item(s) were not available off the shelf. Please get in touch if this was not the case by return email or feel free to give us a call 01905 797989

I sent a return email on 03/11/23.
'Hi Michael
As of yet we still have not received this order, there was no indication on your website that this item was not in stock when we paid for the order.
I have phoned twice, the last call being yesterday, when someone was going to speak to your suppliers & get back to me, which they haven’t.
Can you please chase & confirm when we can expect delivery.
Customers should be advised of out of stock items prior to purchasing.'
Several phone calls later & I have still not received the parts.
The last email I received stated that the dispatch date would be 23/11/23. Still waiting
