My mattress smell like strong smell of chemicals product , any idea? I payed 1,500€!!!

I am on my second serenity pillow right now, and I won´t have any other. It fits my head og neck perfectly

I can say it is a good pillow to relief neck painful in the FIRST year but it is not worthy to pay near a hundred pounds to buy a pillow which of latex quality can stand for only one and half year. I got neck painful and headache every morning. My headache problem is solved after a piece of towel inserted underneath of my Dunlopillo pillow. I bought two from Bedsons on 2023 but they refuse to investigate or replace 2 new one for us eventhough 5-years warranty clearly printed on the pillow bag, they said it is not a faulty problem. Don't waste your money unless you ignore any warranty. I am so disappointed on this brand, I also lose confident on any so-called warranty especially on the expensive items.

We reached out to Dunlopillo in France, the UK, Thailand, and internationally for information regarding a potential purchase. We received no response at all! I can only imagine if it had been for a complaint! In the end, we purchased another brand.

Have absolutely loved this pillow having impingment in my neck and shoulder has brought some relief . Went to change my bedding today and took the pillow protector to wash to discover my pillow has cracked into 3 pieces . Pillow is around 2yrs old thought it would have lasted longer than that .very disapointed

Replace the old latex dunlopillo used for 5 years. Comfortable latex pillow serenity.

Having previously had a good experience with some Dunlopillo's we were keen to stick with this brand when we needed to replace another pillow. We discovered that our local Benson's sold them. The pillow that we tried in the store was really comfortable, like our existing ones, and when we made the purchase we were told that the item was non-returnable. When we tried the new pillow later we were very disappointed to discover that it was much firmer and uncomfortable to sleep on. Feeling cheated.

I bought a dulopillo pillow for £64 from Bensons (not cheap for a pillow).
Having had these pillows when I was a child I have to now admit it is the worst purchase I have ever made. I persevered with it for a week but it is impossible to sleep with this pillow.

Update to answer: I contacted teh shop and now search for a metal stick to do the meassurements you described in your warrenty, as it seems it has to me sunken in more than 2 cm and it does not count if the material gets more soft additional over all. It's a proceedure, I never experienced in Germany and quite disturbing. As well I read, that if this happens, you just exchange this once, even if it might happen again!?

After not even a year there was a pit in my latex matrace (Dunlopillo Passion - Continentalseng - 180 x 200 cm - Vendbar 7-zonet 16 cm latex), causing major back problems. My weight is less than 70 kilos. I hope that Dunlopillo has a service level in warrenty issues as high as the prices of their producs.
Resellers should as well mention the warrenty conditions, to protect the buyers, as those seem not to match the price of the products.

I got a "Serenity" pillow as Christmas gift. I was amazed by its quality and the effect on my sleep. The pillow is super soft, it supports my head/neck perfectly and it makes it easier for me to relax and fall asleep at night.
My little daughetr also wants the same. .)
I can highly recommend it.

Just changed my pillow to Dunlopillo Serenity, and i can only recommend it!

If you have trouble with your neck and in generel your sleep, you should decently consider switching to their pillow!

Just bought a new one three days ago. The old pillow was also from Dunlopillo, problably 30 years old. Still the best choice in the shop.

I had bursitis and had hip pain because of it and could not sleep. I remembered that my late mother had bought a Dunlopillo small mattress 35 years ago and I got it down from the attic. I never wanted to throw it away as I remembered how expensive it was! So I covered it and used it on a sunbed. For the past 6 days I have had a wonderful sleep, its an absolute marvel! Very happy I kept it.

I bought one over 5 year ago and love it. Bought one for my girlfriend and she also loves hers. Mine maybe feels a little softer but maybe that's due to age or just product variation? The are both the same height and size. I have the PE297 EF labelled model and she has the 'Signature' labelled one. Are these both the 'super comfort' model? They both return to shape instantly and never have to be messed with or fluffed. I'm not sure if they are made with the Talalay process or not. However, they're soft, springy and buoyant and if you want to win a pillow fight I highly recommend them. Whenever I live abroad, go on holiday or stay at a friends house I really miss it and wish I could have brought it with me. I'm curious to try their mattresses if they are like the pillows but I heard they are firm.

I have always bought Dunlopillo beds as a trusted quality brand. Recently I had a problems with a few broken plastic supports for the base slates and was appalled at the customer service offered. Multipal emails later and so little help in buying the replacement parts I no longer think it is a quality brand. They do not stand by their products for after care service. VERY disappointing.

I love my dunlopillo. I have just bought another, so that each side of my bed is as delightful as the other.
Extremely comfortable and fresh-feeling.
My small daughter has admitted she gets in my bed in order not to cuddle me, but to use my pillow :(
