I ordered 4 Green Pharmacy shampoos for weak and damaged hair (order nr 101135), but received different versions, which the store claims „the same product line”.
This is not true - they differ in formula and packaging. Despite multiple attempts to contact the store (22–27 October 2025), no proper exchange was offered and no mistake was acknowledged. The response was vague and DID NOT address my needs as a customer.
This was my first and last purchase from this store. Due to unprofessional service and unclear handling of complaints, I do not recommend Dunia Organic.
The issue will be reported to higher authorities for consumer protection.

Loved it so far... unfortunately i made a mistake while ordering products and wanted to fix it before the package has been sent. No reply for 3 days on email or phone. Their customer service doesn't exist. Now I will end up with a product I don't need, and this could have been easily fixed...

They have a great selection of natural cosmetics and I have never had a problem with this company. Products they offer usually have longer expiry dates than those from their competitors. The only weakness is their website itself. Product categories don't include everything on offer and the search engine does not work as it should - It is difficult to find the products you're looking for :(

I have received eyeliner instead of the freckle maker, no response from the company.The rest of the order was fine.

I can’t recommend it enough. The parcel always arrives really quickly and it doesn’t contain any unnecessary plastic. There are always free samples and you can even choose which one you’ll get. There’s also a Facebook group if you’re in doubt what to buy. You can see that Klaudia really cares about her customers.
