Customer service- quick promptness
For some unfortunate reason, my boots were not shipped and Emma helped me with the issue and ensured to inform the reason. As a sweet gesture, she offered me a discount on my next purchase. She is too kind and helpful!
Lost customer. Discount promised, not given.
Had an order that went missing. I received a full refund. I was sent an email letting me know, with a discount off my next purchase. When I re-ordered I had to email back to get the discount. I did this and then had to send a further email to verify. Emma promised to apply the discount back to my card. Haven't been reimbursed.
It is only a few pounds, but, similar things have happened from other sites, when it does happen I drop the company and won't give them any of my money again.

I made a purchase a , a week later i didn't receive the product surprisingly , I received and email from dune London asking about the product how it was , i have then added my review that i didn't receive the product they reply back stating that my comments dod not meet there guideline instead if apologising of not delivering the product yet!

Had a great experience with customer service after some issues with my order delivery. Katie was extremely quick to respond and helped resolve all the problems I encountered. Within ten minutes, everything was sorted, and she even offered multiple solutions, making the whole process much easier. Really appreciated the efficient and friendly support!

Last week I ordered a pair of Tayla suede boots online. When they arrived, one boot was damaged on the toe and clearly visible. I raised the issue with Dune London via their chat facility. Inevitably a chat bot initially but once I was connected with Emma, everything went smoothly. I sent her a pic of the boot and she offered me a 20% discount if I wanted to keep them or a free return and a replacement pair. I was unsure what to do and Emma offered to email me with the options so I could think about it. Email received as promised and I returned the boots to the Norwich store who were equally helpful. They processed the return and ordered the replacement pair which at Emma’s request were sent the next day free delivery. This is exceptional service and I cannot recommend them highly enough. So rare to have such a positive experience when things go wrong.

I placed an order on 8th April 2026 and the money was taken from my account the next day. This morning I received an email, with no explanation, informing me that my order had been cancelled and a refund given. Just spoke to Leah from customer service and expressed my concerns that Dune had taken my money for sandals that were never in stock - And at the end of the conversation she actually laughed at my frustration and reluctantly agreed to escalate my complaint to her manager. I will not order from this company again and I don't appreciate being treated so rudely!
