1,5 month late delivery and lacking updates information
I ordered a duvet for my kid on the 11th of January. I heard nothing before a week later when I get an email the duvet need to be ordered and will hopefully arrive to dunbutiken within two weeks.
February 1st (two weeks later) I write again, since I have not heard anything. The answer is that it will arrive next week. After almost two weeks I write again, since I again heard nothing. Apparently it will arrive later that same day. The day after I get an automated email from dunbutiken that it has been sent via DHL. All the replies from dunbutiken was polite, and excusing, but I do not feel it's my responsibility to check up on what is happening, when they are late (1,5 months late) with an order. If I had known it would have taken this long I would have found a duvet somewhere else, and that's maybe a reason not to be upfront with the information...

I have bought the Ringsted and Engmo…
I have bought the Ringsted and Engmo down blankets and pillows. However, I prefer the Astrid collection (Fryser Alltid and fryser ibland) from Engmo more, and it smells less. My husband got the Ringsted collection and he likes them very much. So difficult to say which ones are better. I tested the Astrid Fryser ibland with one from Ikea (one red dot warm level from my kids) and I was cold with the Ikea one.
I like the very good description and detailed information from this Webshop in comparison with other online shops. The delivery was also fine.
