Dulux continues to impress with its…

Dulux continues to impress with its high-quality paints and reliable results. The coverage is excellent, often needing fewer coats than other brands, which saves both time and effort. The consistency is smooth and easy to work with, making application straightforward whether you’re a DIY beginner or more experienced.

The colour range is another standout feature, offering a wide variety of shades to suit any style or room. Once applied, the finish looks professional and durable, holding up well over time without fading or marking easily.

While it can be slightly more expensive than some alternatives, the quality more than justifies the price. Overall, Dulux is a trusted choice that delivers a flawless finish and great long-term value.

Dulux paint

I have used the website to order dulux paint before, it's was always a great experience. This time I had to cancel my order because I made a mistake with the colour. It was easy to sent them an email and ask for a cancellation. I got a promt reply and help with cancellation.

We had a dozen or so leftover tins of paint of all sorts of brands. While Resene accepted their own brand without issue, they wanted to charge $100 for the remaining tins (calculated at approximately 4 litres). Prior, I had looked at their website and read: A small charge applies to non-Resene branded products
Resene charges a PaintWise levy on retail paint purchases of 25c per litre. Based on this, I expected to pay just a few dollars - certainly not $100!

So I went down the road to Dulux with the remaining mixed brands, where they were just going to charge 25c per litre. As it transpired, the quantity was so little that they waived the charge.

After a disastrous encounter with a 10L…

After a disastrous encounter with a 10L pot of paint in our car and writing to Dulux I received a prompt reply from Nav.
His curtesy, concern and apology along with further advice was welcomed. We will continue to be Dulux customers!

Exemplary service provided by Saima…

Exemplary service provided by Saima Mahmood!! I experienced a quality issue with my paint and called CC. I spoke with Saima and she was knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my concerns were addressed promptly. Staff like her are an asset to Dulux and my trust in Dulux has been restored.

Happy customer..

Had to contact customer service today after buying a 2.5l tin of 1 Coat, Had meant to buy Once. Explained our issue to Deepa on chat and she explained, very patiently what the problem was and was able to offer a solution there and then. Happy customer

3 coats?! Not again, dulux

I used dulux walls and ceiling in fi e cream and it took 3 coats to cover. The previous colour was a light blue (so nothing dark at all) and it was very disappointing in terms of coverage. I won't be buying dulux again

Poor quality

Bought some Dulux quick dry gloss - shocking paint. Drips everywhere and the coverage was awful. It looked like it was reacting with the paint it was covering . Not the usual quality you expect from Dulux
