Dubious return policy and slightly unfriendly customer service
Generally, the products I ordered from them seem to be of good quality and good value for money. At the same time, their returns policy is unclear, and I believe that's on purpose. They say opened packages are not eligible for a return. I'm not sure that's in line with the UK distance selling regulations. Also, when I wanted to return items, which came in single plastic bags, I had to check by emails what they meant by opened package. Their replies weren't very clear. So there was a bit of back and forth until they confirmed that I could return the items rather than they dispose of them on receipt without a refund. During these emails, Alex came across a bit unfriendly, and was very quick to lecture what's not their responsibility and that they would dispose of items which were not eligible for a return. That, paired with their unclear terms and not being in line with distance selling regulations didn't make a good customer service experience. However, when they finally received the goods back they promptly refunded the money.
