One problem: The packaging from the manufacturer of the ducts and accessories is VERY poor. This NEEDS attention. In my first order yrs ago, I almost got seriously injured from a HUGE box of 5' ducts that fell on me when I cut the box open. Thank Jesus I was not injured.

Sadly, I notice that nothing has changed since; as each package is still poorly done.

I have used them for years and although they sent me the wrong parts this time, for the first time, they were very proactive in fixing it and getting me the right parts. I would definitely recommend them.

If you can afford buying Nordfab parts ... Do it !!!

Would have given 5 stars but their Internet ordering process doesn't have any order tracking.
This is way behind the power curve for most Internet ordering systems and, frankly, it's expected.
Other than that, the customer service is FIRST RATE.

Order was accurately filled. Quality was exceptional. Time from order to receipt was as advertised (~5 business days ground shipped). No damage although the wye joints were loosely packaged in cardboard box. Would definitely use again.

Product is perfect, as always. But I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I received the order. One of the parts was very unusual, and I am sure it had to be made to order. I expected to wait weeks, but my order arrived in about 10 days. Outstanding service!

From the first time I called Nordfab and spoke with Brian Ezell the design and order was simple. I called Brian about 5-6 times asking for small changes and he cheerfully made the changes and set me a new CAD drawing of my system. The system goes together so simply but is clearly a superior product. It's ridged, well designed, and easy to put together! I highly recommend this company and their product - you can't go wrong!
