I wish I had read these reviews about the company being a SCAM before I ordered. I bought a faux fur jacket from them, in a size Medium. When it arrived it was too small across the back, (which I found surprising as I’m a UK size 6, but had wanted it to be oversized. I also noticed their sizing is very un-inclusive, starts at an XXS but only goes up to a L). I contacted Customer Service who told me they didn’t do exchanges, only refunds so I’d have to return it and re-order in a different size. So I immediately packed it back up and sent it back (at my expense), and re-ordered a larger size in good faith that my refund for the original jacket was coming imminently.
However, I then was told that my refund was having 15% deducted from it because there was a “mark around the neck area” and a “smell of perfume” on it. I cannot stress enough that I tried on this jacket for all of 5 MINUTES before realising it didn’t fit, putting it straight back in the box it came in, all the labels still on, and sent it back asap. I own a retail business so I know you can’t refuse a refund based on a perfume smell, as by the same logic you wouldn’t allow customers to try on clothing in a shop if they had perfume on. I refute the claim anyway, as like I said I wore it for a matter of minutes. As for the mark on the collar (which is faux fur so hard to mark), I asked to see a photo of the damage I was being charged for, but don’t expect they’ll reply. They also deducted the £10 shipping fee, when on their website it says only a £3 postage fee would be taken.
I would return the replacement jacket I had already bought before this happened as I want nothing to do with them, but I don’t trust that they wouldn’t steal more money from me. Instead I plan on wearing it often and warning anyone who asks me about it what an awful scam of a company Ducie is.

I bought a Rochelle coat about one month ago. Shipping time is honestly very long but I m very happy with my coat.
High quality of materials(soft mongolian shearling), it's a nicely made product and a really warm coat.
It looks great on me and I love blonde color.

I ordered a very expensive coat in early December and they said shipping would take 10 to 14 days so I purchased it with that in mind - not only have I not heard one peep from them - I've sent dozens of emails and inquiries asking the whereabouts of my coat - because the money was debited straight away and then nothing - no answer to any of my emails - no shipping information on the coat all it says is order processed which is what it said from the moment I ordered it - I do not trust this company - they advertise that you can chat online 24/7 but that is also untrue - I could have bought a similar coat for that price at many other locations I will never buy anything from this company again. Shameful customer service for such high priced clothing!

Don’t need to say anymore really but people please stay clear. I have now raised a dispute with PayPal for my refund!

I read all reviews before buying. Honestly I don't understand why people write only bad thing . I bought my mongolia 2 weeks ago and it arrived soon. It was discounted even. The fur is good quality, lighter than many others I tried. It arrived very quickly and it is great. I had confirmation of order and of shipping. Shipping was DHL and NO duties to pay to Italy. Honestly I am happy not to have given credit to all the negative reviews.Only negative side they dont do exchange of sizes . I bought an L which is huge for me ,needed a size M , but thats my bad not the company 's.

DUCIE London sells itself as a “luxury” brand on Instagram, with celebrities and influencers constantly gifted their £500–£700 jackets. The reality for paying customers like me is very different.
I ordered a jacket for £500, promised delivery within two weeks. Two weeks later: nothing. No updates, no communication. Then, without explanation, I suddenly received a refund notification — minus the £10 delivery I had paid. When I chased them, I was told it was an “intern’s mistake.” & told my refund would be with me in 10+ days or I can re purchase the product with another £500 but a 10% discount - which I’d already got off on the first order with another code as I was a first time buyer. Since then, I am now being ignored on WhatsApp.
Looking into other reviews, I can see I’m not alone. Many other customers report that orders don’t arrive, refunds aren’t processed properly, and the products actually ship from China — far from the image of a British luxury brand they push online. I presumed the two week wait was for production not because it’s being shipped from across the globe.
It feels like this company is trying to create a false luxury narrative by sending freebies to influencers while neglecting the people actually paying a lot of money for the product. For the price they charge, the service is unacceptable, and in my view, misleading & borderline fraudulent.
I await my refund.

A fraud company, their CEO should be investigated for bullying and harassment for the messages she sent me. They block any customer who is not an influencer from reporting any issues. They don’t deliver the orders and refuse to refund. They sent me the wrong tracking number twice and yet the CEO was yelling at me in the messages and telling me “she is sick to death of me” with a voice notes. This is ridiculous and the WORST COMPANY that should be shut down. I will make sure to report them on every platform.
