Very badly made product (full face balaclava) and very bad customer service. Definitely not worth the money or effort.

Ducati store pissing me off now, I’ve spent rather a lot of money over the last few years ie: bike + accessories and every time I purchase clothing on line I then get a discount code for this weekend only 20% off, usually about 5minutes after pressing and confirming the order that’s the last time I purchase on line now.

NOT SURE HOW MARTIN (SALE) MADE IT TO MGR - NASTY PIECE OF WORK.
AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT CLEAN TOILET !
SO I WORK OTR AND ARRANGED PANI TEST RIDE (WHAT A FIASCO).
CHOSE EVERYTHING I WANTED FROM OPTIONS LIST PLUS BOOTS AND LEATHERS FOR MY GIRL AND I.
THEN SPENT ALMOST 47K AT DUCATI CRAWLEY !!!

Bought a streetfighter V2 and had 7 warrenty issues in 8 months. Ended up drivning the bike for only about 4 months because it was stuck at the repairshop. Among the issues: whole backend broke with a passenger on, and we allmost crashed.
Ducati would not take the bike back, or refund me. On top of that, the build quality is horrible, and the customer support is terrible. The issues is common and can be fond in various forums.
Dont do it!!!! you will regret it

What a waste of time using Blade motorcycles Ducati,
I called this dealership and spoke to a person named TOM AUSTIN to purchase a Ducati V4R costing over £37k, I had several days of correspondence and eventually proceeded with the sale, applied for finance and had everything in place ready to proceed.
Everything was in place and I was set to travel to the dealership the coming weekend and out of the blue I get an email telling me unfortunately they decided to sell it to someone who had walked into the dealership with the full funds and it was preferred to use the other customer??? NOW THIS IS DISGUSTING.
Not only did I waste my time with the whole process I now have a credit application on my credit file for the next 6 months.
I would expect more from such a high end dealership, first time being interested in a Ducati and I will never look at them again.
DO NOT USE BLADE MOTORCYCLES ABINGTON.

I have been into motorcycles my whole life and finally bought myself a Ducati last year and best decision I’ve made. Very happy

I bought a battery charger and 2 t-shirts from them, the item wasn't delivered to me, the delivery company said they delivered, Ducati did not want to refund me after more than a month of requesting - until I posted a bad review here! Don't buy anything from the online shop because unless you want to have to fight for a refund. Stick to Amazon.

Bought a 2018 Panigale V4S in 2018. Bike has been unstoppable! Best motorcycle I have ever been so hard on and it just keeps leaving people behind.
