How can this company still be allowed to advertise scammers

I bought a battery operated light with remote control. Not only did the light take a very long time to arrive, the remote control was not with it. When I sent them a message about this, they ignored what I said and just told me that my order had arrived. I wrote back and said it was missing a key piece and they have never responded.

Do not order from this company, what arrived is cheap and poor quality, there not Irish and scammers

Pity I didn’t read reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a moon lamp as a gift for Christmas it arrived late and was so disappointing . It looked nothing like what was advertised . It’s a cheap plastic ball .. it’s still in the box . No refund - customer service is shocking . Avoid this company Dublin Trends is a scam

Readings the reviews I thought I was in Big trouble with my order but I have to say I got what I paid for 100% came after 3 weeks no problem good quality thanks.

Ordered a translator it doent even work they wont answer emails and their phone line does not work.

Not an Irish company. Stock coming from China.

Don’t go near them. Tried to return an item and they did everything they could to stop it. Their telephone number is dead and emails to them get a standard reply. Avoid

Absolute joke of a company. I ordered a florescent drawing board for my grandson. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and it was honestly the biggest load of crap. It cost 28 euro. U would get it in Mr Price for under a fiver.

I ordered the solar security light and as with everyone else, the money has left the account, but nothing heard from Dublin trends. If anything, the only good thing to come from this experience is that I will never order again from company without looking at all the reviews first. Lesson learned.

I ordered a magnifying mirror last year , it arrived 3 months later with the glass shattered , I received a new mirror a few weeks later that was so scratched and not fit for use , you could not see your self in the mirror . I have contacted the company looking for my refund and have had no response to date

Disgrace of a company. Using g Irish name to get peoples money. I had 100 euro take from my account nearly a month ago. I am still waiting on order.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Absolute scam. Not a real company. Your parcel will never arrive and after months of asking for a refund, you won't get one.

Hi I accidentally ordered two elephant pillows I tried to ring there contact number on their website and always a ringing tone. I emailed them asking them to cancelled one of the pillows. I received an email from on post saying Eircode does not match the address again I emailed my Eircode and expressed my thoughts on email hoping the product is better than there customer service. I check my bank account and of course the money was taken out of my account but no delivery yet. I worried this company is a scam because the customer service is brutal. I will ordering from amazon in future. I will never buy from this company again.

I would give this company zero stars if possible. They are SCAM ARTISTS!!! THEY ARE NOT IRISH EITHER!! products come on a slow ship from China despite them using an Irish address!! I ordered something thinking I was buying Irish. 5 weeks later I am still waiting on the product. The company are totally unhelpful. NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST EVER!!! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM.

I bought a heating vest, I thought it is an irish company
Unfortunately, they sent me from China a faulty vest, I spent 50 € on nothing..

I am sorry I didnt read the reviews beforehand. Thought I was ordering from an Irish company but had to wait over a month for delivery. I have requested a Chargeback refund from my card provider so hopefully will resolve. Would recommend for others to do the same.

On receipt the sizing was too small (came from China I think). The heated vest only heats when connected when to USB powerbank (not stated in their advert. When connected to the USB powerbank the wires overheat.

Despite numerous emails they have still not provided me with refund options.
