Great comfortable bus with luggage compartments for big bags, in the bus there is air conditioning (a bit too cool and no way to disable though), safety belts, Wi-Fi. The only drawback was that the si... See more

The driver from 21:02 in Ormond Quay in Wednesday July 16 was extremely rude and racist after I told him I was from Brazil. Also did not allow me my rights after I told I was autistic. Dublin express should filter better their drivers to not allow such ridiculous and inhuman treatment.
Would like to point out that, after the incident, I got another Dublin Express bus where the driver was educated and got me reduced fare. This shows that it was the first drivers entirely fault and not of the company. Although I would definetely suggest a better filter from Dublin express after the incident.

Really easy booking. The bus was right on time for pick up at our stop. The driver was cordial and the ride went smoothly. We arrived at the airport as expected.

Very convenient, but the price has increased a little, unfortunately.

Made reservation online, departed airport and got in line, loaded my luggage and went to m stop as expected.

Booking relatively easy but the map of stops in Dublin is difficult to use to find the stop you need.

I was on a different website first and couldn't find Heuston Station. My friend sent me the link and then it was easy from there. Thanks

Really easy to use. Caught a bus from the airport to the 3 areana. Booked through one of the kiosks. No dramas. The coach was nice and comfortable as well with Aircon and a charging port.

It was very easy to book. I had to do a separate search to find out what a flexible ticket meant. I couldn't find any way of getting that during the booking process.

The dublinexpress.ie booking web interface was having major technical issues when I tried to use it to book 3 seats on a bus to the Dublin airport. First, it threw up an error message as I was just about to complete the order, with no explanation of what had gone wrong. Then the search function kept changing its mind at random about whether to show all the scheduled bus times or just some of them. Only by repeating the same process a dozen times was I finally able to book the bus I wanted. Clearly there are some website bugs that need to be worked out.

Inconsistent when labelling things AM vs PM, sometimes lists it sometimes uses 24 hour clock, so can be confusing and easy to misbook
