Booking available for bus that wasnt scheduled
Extremely confusing that I was able to book a ticket for the 8.35pm 784 Dublin express only to be told by the ticket desk at terminal 2 that there wasn’t a bus scheduled for that time. With no assistance from him on what the story was. Luckily the 782 hadn’t pulled off just yet and I was able to make that work. Between this and the lack of support in even finding out where to queue I’m very frustrated with this experience. Your team at the airport should be far better informed and tickets for buses that don’t exist should not be bookable !!

Destination stop might be tricky to find
It's been a bit difficult to figure out the stop most suitable for where our accommodation is, given I'm visiting as a tourist. Otherwise the booking process was very easy and being able to use GPay for payment and add the tickets on my Google Wallet, that's definitely a win

3 buses went by the stop
3 buses went by the stop, completely full. I waited for 30 minutes after my selected departure time before giving up and calling a taxi to the airport. What a waste of 10 euro.

Difficulty with app
struggled to change password on app. Link from email just sent me to page to make another booking. Unable to add tickets to Google wallet.

A+ service for airport shuttle
We got to the bus stop early and were able to board the earlier bus. The driver was very friendly and professional. Highly recommend. Great way to get to the Dublin airport. Worth every penny!
