Can’t speak highly enough of Dubars, first class service. Professional, efficient, friendly, do exactly what they say they will, crystal clear communication, flexible. Did an airport drop off and pick up and it was the least stressful part of the trip. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for such great service.

Great communication from Delphine, she is a careful driver and looked after my family.
Steve picked us up from the airport on time even with long delays with the flight.
Nothing was too much bother with Dubars and will definitely use the company in the near future.

Friendly, warm and comfortable service. Airport drop off and pick up were excellent - especially Delphine who offered to drop us somewhere after our journey to pick up some quick post holiday essentials and a kiddies toilet stop.

10* service from start to finish and the communication from first booking/enquiring to after the final drop off is second to none. Delphine took us back from Manchester Airport after our holiday a week ago and - as always - a 10* service in every aspect: always on time and waiting, messaged us at every point to let us know where she was & where to meet with exact instruction. Even had a bottle of water waiting for us all in the minibus. We even got asked if we wanted to stop at the shop for bread and milk ready for home - how thoughtful! I've used Dubars a number of times now and it's more than just a taxi service 🧡

This is my second time of using this company and their service is very great. They are very responsive even though they were on holiday in Thailand. They are very punctual and will advise you the best rime to be picked up. I recommend them and I will continue to use them.

Big shout out to Delphine for picking us up from Manchester airport. She was chatty and friendly. There were traffic issues on the M6 so she got us home using the back roads! First class service! Thank you Delphine and Dubars!

Having booked Dubars for an airport run nearing the date I messaged to confirm my booking.
The day before Delphine messaged to confirm the time she would be picking me up - this was very reassuing.
On the actual day of pickup she was right on time and very efficient and friendly.
The journey went very smoothly and Delphine was very chatty and efficient.
My return jouney was a bit complicated, as my flights were changed by over 4 hours.
When I messaged to explain Delphine was very calm and said it was not a problem and she would be there for me . It was so reassuring to know that she would be there for me (even though it was after her shift!)
Everytime I have used Dubars they have all been very efficient, friendly and calm, which is exactly what you want after a frustrating travel arrangement changes.

Delphine messaged me to let me know that she’d meet us at the airport, offered complimentary bottles of water on our arrival and then offered to take us to the shop on the way home to get some milk when I said I was gasping for a proper cuppa! Service is always 10/10 with Dubars. Lovely drivers who are always reliable and a heart of gold 🧡

Dunbars was recommended to me by a friend. I booked for a return trip to Manchester airport for myself and my family in a minibus. I cannot speak highly enough of the service, Delphine our driver was bang on time and was so efficient and friendly, she is a delightx

You can rely on Dubars to make your journey to and from the airport hassle free. Despite being collected at an anti social hour to go to the airport and then our flight being delayed on the journey home, the transfers with Dubars were faultless. Communication from Dubars is the best I've ever received, the customer service is faultless and Delphine is wonderful. We were a little tired on our journey home and she made everything a little easier and ensured our holiday finished on a positive note. A big thank you and I'll never use anyone else!

Such a professional and friendly company. Great communication and a five star service. Our daughter unfortunately was travel sick and Steve couldn’t do enough to help, he even messaged when we got to our holiday asking if she was ok. It’s nice not to have to worry about whether the taxi will get you there on time or whether you’ll have to wait for them at the other end, seamless.
