The 24/7 WhatsApp support line is a genuine differentiator: I had a last-minute scheduling question at 11pm and had an answer within four minutes. The Hatta Mountain day trip was a particular highlight — an underrated route that most visitors skip entirely. If you're booking a group, confirm the aquarium add-on pricing upfront, as it varies from the base package.

We had a very bad experience. The way the "Manager" treated us was very bad. The experience was ZERO because of this. They just care about making money not about the experience. in the Booking itinerary, it says 8 hours of FUN but in reality, they will RUSH you to do it in just 5 hours. As an artist, I have over 25 million fans worldwide, and I would not advise them to book with this company.

So far so good. Looking forward to our tour in April.
