We offer a free measurement visit across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman, or you can send us your own measurements on WhatsApp. We work with three fabric options depending on your needs. China fabric is our budget option, best for sheltered areas, with a 1-year cover warranty. Parasol fabric blocks 95% UV and carries a 2-year warranty, making it our most popular choice for Dubai's climate. Dazzle fabric is built for exposed terraces and heavy wind, also with a 2-year warranty. Custom sofa covers are produced in 2 days, and custom cushion covers in 4 days, once measurements are confirmed. We also stock ready-made items — outdoor umbrellas, aluminium sofa sets, dining sets, gazebos, and indoor furniture — which deliver within 1 day. Payment is Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer. We don't offer refunds on custom-made items except for manufacturing defects, as required by UAE law, which is why we take measurements carefully before production starts.
