Extremely Unprofessional – Take Your Money and Disappear
I am writing this review again because this service has proven to be completely unprofessional and dishonest. I contacted them to request a refund due to false and misleading promises. I was told that my request had been “transferred,” but since then, there has been absolutely no response.
Their WhatsApp support, which was incredibly fast and friendly when I was about to pay, suddenly went silent the moment my money was taken. Messages are ignored, no follow-up, no accountability — nothing.
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any service. Their only goal seems to be getting your payment. Once they have your money, they stop caring entirely and make no effort to resolve issues or even communicate.

The biggest scam ever.
They state that the visa will be ready within 2–4 days. After 4 days, however, they lie and say it is taking longer due to high demand. After 7 days, and just a few hours before departure, there was still no visa. You are then forced to order the express service (an additional $300) because you don’t want to miss your flight.
After paying for that, they still do not issue the visa, claiming that you also have to pay for additional “insurance” (another $150). This was not stated anywhere on the website.
It is all a scam and lies, because when you finally receive the visa shortly before departure, it shows that the visa was actually issued just 2 days after the application was submitted.
Avoid this website and order your visa elsewhere. Five friends were planning to fly to Dubai after us, but I advised them to avoid this site.

Delays due to high demand or additional verification are common and are outside the control of any visa facilitation service. We do not deliberately delay applications to force upgrades.
Express processing is an optional service requested by applicants who wish to prioritize their application when timelines become critical. Likewise, travel insurance is a mandatory immigration requirement for certain visa categories and nationalities and is requested only when required by the authorities. These are not hidden or fabricated charges.
The visa issue date reflected on an approved visa does not indicate when the application was submitted or reviewed; it reflects the final approval timestamp issued by immigration systems. This does not mean the application was processed earlier and withheld.
We regret if expectations regarding timelines or requirements were not clearly understood and acknowledge that better communication could always be improved. However, we categorically deny any claims of deception or intentional misrepresentation.
For transparency, we invite the reviewer to contact us directly with their application reference number so the case can be reviewed and addressed factually.
We encourage applicants to contact our support team before applying to fully understand processing timelines, optional services, and mandatory requirements.

A Deeply Disappointing and Fraudulent Experience
I strongly advise against using Dubaievisaonline.com for any visa-related services. My experience—and that of many others—suggests this site may be operating under deceptive and unethical practices.
⚠️ Major Issues:
• Unjustified Charges: After paying the advertised fee, I was asked for additional payments for $99 insurance without explanation. No details of the insurance were ever provided.
• After having paid advertised fee the person dealing with the visa suddenly asked for AED 3000 for security deposit. We were out of time and was forced to pay. The site is now refusing to refund this security deposit. I am simply being ignored
• No Reliable Contact: The phone numbers listed on the site were either unreachable or fake. Attempts to contact support were ignored or met with vague, unhelpful responses.
• Unprofessional Conduct: Communication was limited to text messages, and requests to speak with a supervisor were denied. This is not how a legitimate visa service should operate.
• The visa was eventually delivered but very late. In our case visa was issued when on way to the airport to travel to UAE.
•
• 🚨 Red Flags:
• Multiple verified users have labelled the site a scam, citing lost money, personal data exposure, and emotional distress.
• There are no affiliations with UAE government authorities, and the site is not listed among official visa channels.
🛑 Final Warning:
Do not trust Dubaievisaonline.com with your money or personal information. There are official UAE government portals and reputable agencies like Emirates Airlines or Amer Centres that offer legitimate visa services. This site appears to prey on urgency and confusion, and I regret ever engaging with it.
