Don’t normally write reviews but felt compelled to following our experience with Dubai Key.

Provided us with a fantastic yacht and very good service. They made it all very easy! Great way to round off our holiday.

Would certainly recommend/use again.

I always use the team at Dubai Key when I visit Dubai to book all our restaurants, beach days etc. Its less stress and hassle free which is always a bonus. They always recommend the best new spots and make sure we have the best time!

Planned my trip so well and were always on call for updating our itinerary throughout the trip. Could not do enough for us. So friendly and professional. Would recommend for anyone travelling to Dubai in the future

They really looked after us and booked everything perfect

Booking process was seamless and we managed to get a good deal, however on the day of the trip , our crew and captain were not at the agreed arrival spot to welcome us, after many frantic calls to Jay , we managed to locate our crew but only after we had waited around for 30 mins. The extra time was added on to our trip time but despite asking for pictures Infront of the Atlantis in advance we were told there wasnt time. We had a great trip but it was very stressful arriving to find there wasnt a crew.

This was a once in a life time trip and made even more special with the help of Dubai key! We booked a private 2 hour yacht trip to see the sights, booking was very easy online and kept in touch on the morning of the trip. The yacht was lovely and kept in amazing condition, the crew were amazing so helpful and made us feel taken care of and even took lovely pictures of us while at the sights! We will most definitely be back. Only thing I would say it was not the easiest to find as there is no sign post to point you in the directions of the company. Over all an amazing once in a day day out thank you.

This was my second time using Dubai Key to hire a yacht for the day and just can’t fault the service. Very easy booking system and all emails/queries were answered super quick. Also, the staff on the yacht go above and beyond and make the day super memorable! We will definitely be booking again for next year! Thank you

Hired Yacht and jet ski through dubai key and it was absolutely brilliant. Booking was so easy on line and had a point of contact who would respond to any questions literally within the hour. The Crew on board were fantastic, paying extra attention to keeping the kids ages 5 and 10 entertained.
The jet ski was amazing, also had a guy with the jet ski capturing the best pictures and videos. Such a brilliant experience all round, can't wait to book again. Would highly recommend Dubai-key 👌

We had an amazing boat trip around Dubai marina. The boat was extremely clean and had everything we needed on board. The crew were exceptional, nothing was to much for them.
I would highly recommend.

Without Dubai key we wouldn’t of had a clue where to book or on what days. We’ve never been before so having Jay advise us on what we should do made the whole experience so much easier, he took away all the stress and our holiday was amazing. Every place we went to we had the best seats, best service and most important got to experience the best of Dubai. I will definitely be using jay for all of his other locations in the future. Having a concierge company get everything booked for you makes your whole holiday better.

We used Dubai key for all our bookings on a couple of trips to Dubai.
Once as a couple and once as a family.
They took care of everything & gave us some excellent recommendations.
We even went to the wrong brunch one day & only realised when I checked the itinerary on arrival…Dubai key were on hand to re book us in the brunch we’d gone to by mistake.
Makes your trip much less stressful and you can keep in touch via WhatsApp.
Would 100% use them every time.

Awful service!

So we arrived at the port to board the boat to then be told we had to go to another location!! Great start! When we arrived there were no pink balloons as requested!! Once we got going I advised when we would have the bbq! To then be told there is no bbq which is what we paid for!!! They said they hadn’t been told. The staff were also very rude! We was on the boat for 4 hours with no food! The person who organised this was useless and didn’t even care about the situation. Awful awful service and will not book with these AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks to Jay for ensuring that everything was clearly booked with excellent location as and service. Given this was our first time in Dubai they managed to remove any stress of organising as well as providing excellent recommendations of places to go!

I used Dubai Key for a private Yatch hire after seeing their social media.

From the moment I reached out to them, everything was excellent.

Great understanding of what I wanted, a detailed update of what they offered and what it would cost and a very secure payment method.

On the day, it was very straightforward - the crew were awesome, the yatch was excellent and the entire day was one of the best experiences we’ve had whilst we’ve been here.

I booked a luxury 50ft yacht for a 30th Birthday treat for 2 of us ladies. We added on a BBQ, 30th Birthday Balloons & Jet Ski rental. From start to finish everything ran so smoothly and we had the best day ever! We were greeted by lovely Dubai Key staff when we got to Dubai Harbour who showed us onto the yacht, offered us some soft drinks as soon as we sat down and talked through what sights we'd like to see. We had picked a particularly choppy day to take a yacht out but the staff were brilliant and we were guided by their expertise as to where to go without the water being too choppy for us, we went around the Palm and saw the Burj Al Arab and loved cruising through Dubai Marina at the end. We docked for a while after riding the Jet Ski's in the hope the water calmed a little. Riding the Jet Ski was amazing and so much fun, a must do! We rented the boat for 4 hours and Jet Ski for an hour. The Dubai Key team were super helpful and fast to respond. We will definitely be booking other trips with them again. Thank you! Kelly
