SCAM website, no payouts happening, super weird payout rules, like low amounts and high fees, payouts allowed only once a month... Just don't waste your time nor money on this!

I have written several reviews about this company. Some were about concern but most were about how great they are. right now. I'm having an issue where I made a deposit for BTC plus activation and it has still not been activated. And now this is the third day. If the developers see this review I hope it would serve as a reminder that I need my contract activated.

Verified scam, by both the United States Government and the government of the republic of Ireland. All payouts are now in a new CRT variant however when you try to pay out your new stupid coin to a wallet where you might be able to actually turn it into money, nothing happens. Dual claims confirmation of transfer, but it's never received at the other end. Several attempts to reach the company by two separate government bodies have failed, resulting only in silence for a response revealed the company to be a shell corporation.

Do not invest here. I have invested over $4000 in 2021 and have received less than $40 in payouts.

I have been with the company for over 2 year was okay at first. They used to respond to your ticket request and customer service questions. Now I have 3 tickets with no response. Withdrawl are now limited to once a month and to once coin a month. I purchased a BTC+ contract which is the Guarantee profit. Yes it guarantee amount but you can't withdrawl everything you earn they won't allow you to withdrawl what you have in your account. the max amount they allow me to withdraw is .0005 BTC and I loss most of that in transaction fees and I have at least 20 times .0005.

I opened the account there in the summer of 2020. There I mine several cryptocurrencies of different types (BTC, ETH, LTC, XMR, among others) that have been put on high because the payout ratios are far too low and the many and long mandatory time intervals between each withdrawal application. In addition, they are forced to convert production into their own currency before they can carry out a so-called "withdrawal".

I tried to change my account password but it wasn't saved even though I chose it. Have contacted the "customer service" several times to reset and reconfigure the password, but the customer service does not provide feedback. Underneath all the criticism

02/01/2023:
I have finally found the password change. Now I confront a new obstacle to get back the control of my account and earnings. Somehow a 2 FA authenticator code has to be provided to log in to my account (?)

Hence I need no reset that feature so I can configure an authenticator of my choice.

I use Microsoft and Google authenticators. I have been reaserching how I could fix this my selfe bute have come to the conclusion that resetrting 2 FA identification is the only plausable way of action.

I'll give 2 stars as I still recieve my CRT-BSC but I joined back in 2007 and it was perfect then payments on time no max withdrawal but now its unreliable no response and with a claim of 21000000 crt max supply is false as I own 9000000 crt that's almost half the total amount. I withdrew just over £300 in BTC+ and 24hrs later on site confirmed payout but never received in my wallet.

The DUALMINE website is a clever scam. They promise you everything and don't keep their word. Simply put - they don't pay! Don't fall for their verbal tricks because you will lose your money.

5.5 million+ CRT mined and millions mining regularly, but can't withdraw those. They stopped paying CRT and a new payment network introduced don't know it will work or not. All other coins payout stopped years before.

Dualmine.com more like Dualmine.con! I just tried to log in and lo and behold they are not recognizing my details and locking me out of my account!! I've been with them from the start and have reinvested so many times with all 12 coins i literally have millions of dollars tied up in their imaginary contracts. But now my account has become so powerful they have locked me out! Pathetic!! I also caught them changing wallet addresses saying they have paid out my requests but they never arrive. I called them out about it and they just ignored me. Surprise surprise. I am now in the process of contacting local services to get them shut down and arrested for fraudulent activity i did warn them but they didn't listen.
