Very enjoyable, good group of people and felt like I came away with a lot more knowledge than when I began!
Great course and really engaging presenter. The content was good and the other participants were respectful. The course was facilitated well.
This course was a great way to gain a much better knowledge of the best way to support others if they need it and also learning about self care, defiantly worth the time to complete the course,
Such a great course. The instructor was really knowledgeable and i'm so pleased i did it. I've put what i learned into practice several times since. I think everyone should do this course! The world would be a much nicer, kinder and empathic place. I have also taken it a step further and completed my Level 3 exam, which i passed today. Thank you Dualism! :)
Learnt a lot in one day - much food for thought. The course materials are very good. There was no compulsion to talk about anything that might make a participant uncomfortable. I'm not a fan of Zoom meetings as a rule, but it worked and seemed to go quickly - so I must have been enjoying myself!
The course I attended was really well delivered by Jane and gave me all the tools required to hopefully be a successful mental health first aider in the future, Jane was very patient throughout the course and the exercises we completed gave good examples of what knowledge we would need going forward.
A well run course with a knowledgeable trainer. A good balance of information giving mixed with practical application. As a delegate I felt comfortable participating in the course where subjects were handled with the sensitivity as well as openness.
The whole course was amazing, highly recommend! Jane made the two day course very enjoyable and interactive.
Took a Mental Health First Aider course through Dualism, and it was a fantastic experience. Jane was tremendous - knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and encouraging. I'd absolutely recommend them as a training provider without a second thought.
The training was well structured and all parts were clear and easy to understand. Exercises were well thought off and very engaging. Although, some might be less comfortable oversharing with strangers.
My experience with Dualism Training was fantastic. Sue was brilliant from start to finish. She created a safe and comfortable space where we could discuss sensitive topics freely. The tone of the course was just right. She was extremely knowledgeable and an excellent educator. Her ability to listen and her honesty were her most memorable and admirable skills. I would recommend this course with Dualism Training to everyone.
The course was delivered in a very relaxed format. Sue was so experienced and knowledgeable.
I was a bit hesitant about training online but it worked very well. Touched on some tough topics, I have taken away and learnt so much. I highly recommend Dualism.
Really useful tools and group interaction
Lots of content, good mix of tutor-led, group, and reflective work. Thank you.
The mental health first aid course is absolutely brilliant! Loads of really useful content, delivered by a competent and friendly tutor. There was plenty of time to discuss with colleagues, ask questions and to tailor the content to our own individual work settings so it was relevant to everyone who attended.
The trainer was very patient, positive and caring and answered all the questions that were raised.
Very thorough with regards to the training and we had a very interactive group who were happy to share their mental health experiences.
Great team, really useful content, interesting and beneficial activities.
