Not well designed

I bought a device that runs openDTU from this shop. After a year the device simply failed to appear on my wifi. The shop owner told me that I can send the device for analysis but not without threatening that costs world be involved if he found no defect. (unlawful) I decided to diagnose the device myself and found that the hardware combination is not stable. You can find way better and cheaper diy solutions all over the web. The housing was very badly 3d printed. Also the software linked in the manual was very outdated. My opinion: there is no justification for the price and the shipping cost ist also on the high end side of things.
