Hi Casper, our apologies for the length of the waitlist for UK SIM numbers at present. It is due to some factors related to the pandemic, and is unfortunately out of our control. Having said that, it was clearly stated when you selected the number that it was out of stock and that there was a waitlist. You can remove yourself from the waitlist and have the money returned to your account at any time, just click on the waitlist entry at the left on the web console.
