DTF Ghost has been a great asset in helping me run my small business. Shipping has been solid — especially impressive considering where they’re located — and the print quality has been consistently excellent. Anytime I’ve run into an issue, they’ve been quick to respond and fast to make it right. Reliable quality, good turnaround, and customer service that actually helps — highly recommended.

I was very disappointed with the quality of my order. The delivery was impressively fast, but when I opened the package it was immediately clear that every image and logo on the transfer sheet was heavily pixelated — some to the point of being unreadable.

I contacted customer support and was initially told the image “was like that,” and that they would follow up after reviewing it. They never did. After several additional emails, I was eventually told that the file I provided was pixelated and that nothing could be done. When I asked why it was printed in that condition, I received the response: “We cannot intervene in the files you have uploaded. I cannot provide a replacement because the issue stems from the file you uploaded.”

What I still don’t understand is why no one reached out before printing a file that was clearly unusable. I can’t imagine any customer wanting a roll of logos and graphics that are so pixelated they’re illegible.

I've ordered from them a few times, and never had a problem. Washed and dried the dtf, so far no cracking or peeling

Placed an order for a sample pack a few months ago, was not impressed with the quality and didn’t order anything. Fast forward to now, they have called me 3 times in one day in an attempt to harass me into placing an order. I kindly told the first caller that I was not interested in ordering, and had no intention to do so in the future, yet still received 2 additional calls over a 1 hour time span. Very unprofessional, and extremely predatory

The transfers were thick. They didn’t crop one design like I requested. The transfers were about an eighth of an inch apart on the sheet which made it difficult to cut without damaging them. There was a line down the whole sheet that I didn’t know needed to be cut off. So my first transfer has a white line down the shirt. This too was about an eighth of an inch from the design. I don’t think I will get more from here. Unfortunately.

These prints were way smaller than the size I requested, pretty much useless except for the small tshirts. Additionally I lost many prints that I could have gotten on my 360” of DTF. I sent 2 emails and never received a response. Just terrible. I lost a good customer.

First half of my gang sheet was great until the last of my prints were blurred, they offered to replace my gang sheet but somehow I ended up paying for the replacement sheet. Now the excuse is my artwork was low resolution lol.. I just asked for all my money refunded now I get Ghosted!

The designs were great, very clear, i was very happy with all of them and didn't have to waitvery long to get them ( less than a week!)

The prints are fantastic and timing is great. We always get the prints in about 4 days.

Prices are not bad, delivery time is pretty good.

Quick turn around. The colors are so vivid and they are so easy to use.
